Located in Bates- Hendricks, close to Lucas Oil, Gambridge Fieldhouse, the Indiana Convention Center, & Fountain Square - you will have plenty of options for entertainment & events! Upgraded clean and private place to call home during your visit!



The Space:

This space has an open living room, dining, and kitchen concept. There is one half bathroom on the main floor, both bedrooms and the other two bathrooms are on the second story, so please keep that in mind if you are unable to climb stairs!



Guest Access:

All access to this half of the duplex. There is a front porch and upper and lower back porch, as well as a fenced in yard for your relaxation and enjoyment!



Other Things to Note:

-No parties, this is strictly prohibited. Please understand this is a friendly family community. Any violation of this or disruption to the neighbors will be a fine up to $2,500



-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of the property
