Christmas Condo w/ garage just off the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, TN

1350 sq ft condo with 1 level (no steps) centrally located to everything Pigeon Forge has to offer. Only minutes to the parkway but it offers a quiet, relaxing, neighborhood community. It features a 1 car garage for guest use. 75" smart tv in the living room with Streaming TV via YouTube TV (Roku offered also). This is a great entertainment space to stream a movie and stay in for a relaxing evening. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make your favorite meal. It has a crockpot and griddle for quick meals. On hot summer days enjoy the community pool (pool towels provided). On cool winter evening relax by the gas log fireplace. This unit offers bedrooms with King memory foam mattresses on each bed and each bedroom has access to the bath through the bedroom. It offers bedrooms that are equipped with USB lamps for easy charging for cell phones. You can hear the Titanic ship horn every day at noon and are able to see the fireworks at Dollywood during the fall and winter when the leaves are off the trees. This unit is located in a quiet community, where you can relax in the glider or rocking chairs and enjoy your morning coffee with just the sounds of birds chirping. In the fall, we offer a s'mores maker station. It also has a great selection of board games and cards to have some family fun with. With a washer and dryer, no need to take dirty laundry home with you.

Parkway Bear Cottage is a great condo in a great location. The amenities are well thought out to ensure you have everything needed for a relaxing stay. The owner has provided a detailed guide book and excellent instructions for using the television remote control system. I highly recommend this property and look forward to booking here again.

We took our kids to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg for a quick weekend trip. This condo was a great place to stay. Good location, clean, and Julie is a great hostess! Would happily stay here again:)

Close to everything!

My wife and I stayed the weekend and had a great time. Condo was clean and comfortable. Located just off the parkway so it was just minutes to everywhere we went. Neighborhood was quiet. We are already planning our next visit.

Great stay!

Quiet neighborhood with a convenient, close proximity to the Parkway. Julie had the place decorated well for Christmas! We loved the smores kits with little stove to cook the marshmallows, DIY ornament kit, and all of the options for coffee. Beds were very, very comfortable. Thank you so much!

Excellent Condo!

Julie was a pleasure to work with and made everything extremely easy for check in. The condo was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday. It was very clean and well organized. The “create your own ornament” was a nice touch, along with the smile and hot chocolate set up. It was perfectly located in Pigeon Forge just 2 minutes from the Parkway, but far enough off the road to be on a quiet street. I would highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit the area. It might be the best condo and most reasonably priced I’ve ever stayed in!

This was our first trip to the Smoky Mountains. While looking for a place to stay we found this wonderful condo. It had everything we wanted and more. We needed a single story home, close proximity to the parkway, two bathrooms, and a pool. We have a 1 year old so we needed a place that was safe for her. The condo was very clean, updated, had a beautiful master bathroom. All the small touches really added up and made us feel right at home in the smoky mountains. July the owner was nothing short of amazing. She called shortly after we booked and told us all about Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Felt like we had our own tour guide! Julie made sure we had everything we needed. The check in and out process was so easy and smooth. The front porch was so nice to sit on and relax. Nice quiet street and friendly neighbors. We will definitely return and most definitely choose Julie’s condo every time we return to Pigeon Forge!

Perfecto!

This home is perfect, in all ways. I was searching for a home that was one level (I have bad knees), close to all the action without being right in the middle of it, and a "homey" feel, I found it with this home. This home met all our needs during our stay; the beds are very comfortable; the home was clean and decorated so nicely. We had plenty of thick bath towels and linens. I love the fact that there is a full-length mirror in each bedroom. I spent a lot of time on the front porch rocking my grandbaby and my other grandbaby loved the back porch; we got to feed some ducks-she loved that. The neighborhood is like 2 blocks from the main parkway however, we did not hear road noise, and the neighborhood is very quiet as well. The garage is just a bonus! I have stayed in many places there in Pigeon Forge (condo's, cabin's and hotels), this is by far my favorite of them all. Julie is a sweetheart and was so very helpful, I will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this home.

Now we have the pleasure to share it with our guests. We want everyone who stays to feel at home and love this condo as much as our family does.

This is a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. It is an easy access without steep hills to worry with in the winter.

With each bedroom have king beds, it makes it great for a couples weekend and girls get away. Our garage is a great feature for anyone coming to car shows or if it's raining and you don't want to get wet! With no steps, it makes an easy access rental for elderly.
