Located on the Seawall directly across from Babe's Beach! Our gated secure complex includes 2 pools, hot tubs, tennis court, fitness center, lush garden court yard, BBQs, WIFI & more!

The space
The view is absolutely stunning! This lovely 1 bedroom suite (500 sq. ft.) has a TV in both the master bedroom and Living quarters.
Our Bathroom is NEWLY renovated (as of March 2023)! Brand NEW SOFA BED!

Located on the 2nd level (Ground level is covered parking). Elevator access at both ends of the building.
Includes a Queen size pull out sofa bed located in the living area as well as a super cool Hallway Berth (built in bunk beds)! Great for stashing 2 stow-a-ways!
Your home away from home in our lovely one bedroom suite.
Nicely decorated living room and galley area. We have all your essentials for preparing meals. Even a cook top stove, dishwasher, mini-fridge and microwave!
2 tropical swimming pools open every day from 10am-10pm. The Children's Pool has a gradual depth end and the west side pool is mildly heated in the winter months! Both designed for your extreme relaxation and enjoyment.
Condo is suitable for 4 adults, and 2 smaller people (bunk beds) under 160 lbs. Total of 6 GUESTS!

We provide 2 beach/pool towels while you're here. Also one bath towel for each guest during short stays of 3 days or less. Additional towels will be supplied for longer stays. Longer stays are responsible for laundering their linens at the on site laundry facility located in the building. Extra sundries or supplies may be obtained through nearby shop or purchase across the street at Walmart.

Guest access
Please be certain to obtain your parking permits, pool wrist bands and security gate codes at the front Lobby upon arrival and before entering the suite. There is a separate one time Resort fee of $35. You will be provided with a map, Resort Guidelines, Important Codes, wrist bands and parking passes. Please know your license plate number for faster registration 😃🚘🚗
Although condo check-in is at 4pm, you are most welcome to enjoy the pool if you arrive early.
Front desk is unable to authorize or change any check-in or check-out times. All Suites are individually owned and any changes must be authorized through your hosts! 👩‍💼👨‍💼

Resort Passes are good for all amenities
2 Pools, Mushroom 🍄 Fountain Pool is especially designed for families with smaller children 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 , and the other is perfect for swimmers 12 years and over! 👵🧓👙

Bbq areas with picnic tables on a 1st come basis.
We are walking distance to the BBQ Pit (try the loaded potato w brisket), Jimmy John's, Walmart, Orange Leaf and Sonic.
Please cross at crosswalks and traffic lights only!

Tennis rackets available at front desk. 🎾 Please return after use.
We have a sweet computer room with a small library and some board games also located in the front Lobby. 📚

Upon checking in, if there is anything at all that is not as it should be, we would like to know immediately as to address it. We welcome your suggestions! This is our home and we cherish it. We ask that you keep this in mind as we love sharing our space with you and look forward to having our guests make many happy and wonderful memories!

We REQUIRE that there be a minimum of 1 adult 23 years or older 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️ registered with your stay. We have made an occasional exception on a case by case.
Only the number of guests registered permitted in condo.

This beautiful little Hideaway is the only condo to have access to 2 Certified Tourism Ambassadors for Galveston!! They are experts in things to do, places to visit and where to eat! Their VIP contact information will be provided in the unit and may be accessed during daytime hours. Each Condominium is individually owned and cared for.

We provide one bath towel per guest. Laundry room is located on the 1st level of each building and accepts credit and debit cards. 2 beach towels per stay provided. If you are in need of additional beach towels there is a sundries shop nearby and Walmart is also close by.

Important Note:
Island Treasure Suite is a quiet Hideaway designed for a relaxing getaway. Our beautiful suite is NOT appropriate for the party scene, loud disturbances, inappropriate behavior or breaking Resort/Suite rules. Absolutely NO Smoking of any kind. Any Violation will be subject to end your stay immediately without refund.

IMPORTANT:

COMPLAINTS OR ISSUES MUST BE REPORTED AT THE TIME NOTED. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO REPORT ANY AND ALL ISSUES TO YOUR CO-HOSTS AT THE TIME OF OCCURRENCE. NO EXCEPTIONS!

We assume you are 100% happy if we do not hear from you. Issues such as leaks or damage to property MUST also be reported immediately to hosts DIRECTLY at the number provide in the Suite.
We will absolutely in no way honor complaints after guests have checked-out.


Please keep in mind that Galveston is a subtropical climate. Its amazingly lush and full of life. That being said, you can expect to experience many different types of animal life, including a variety of insects on occasion. This is a natural phenomenon and part of Island living.

Parking/Resort fee is $35 and is required at time of registration. This is a one time fee and covers up to 2 vehicles for up to 14 days. You will also receive your wrist bands and gate codes at this time.
