Carpe Diem Condo is located in the south building at Playitas condos, just steps from a white sandy beach, bars, restaurants, and shopping.



Amenities: Gated parking, a shared swimming pool with the other 5 units, and a balcony with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez.

In regards to children: this is a parent choice, but we want you to know there is no pool gate or fence. It is your responsibility to watch your children.



When vacationing in Mexico you may experience random power and water outages. We do our best to warn you if they are planned, but generally rain causes power outages. The house does have a few flashlights. Water and power use should always be conserved.
