Guests can choose to privately dine inside or on their patio.

Television in living room has Roku (Apple TV or Firestick is available on request). Guests must use personal logins for Apple TV, Max, Netflix, etc. Some streaming services may not be accessible in Mexico due to copyright restrictions. WiFi is very fast and reliable for streaming and video calls from anywhere on the property. Cell signal is excellent, unlike some areas outside of town.

The expansive, beautiful pool area and palapa offer a variety of lounging and dining options, along with floating pool hammocks and noodles for added relaxation.

The exceptionally well-maintained grounds include an organic herb garden that's available to guests when in season.

The heated saltwater pool and spacious deck area create an ideal setting for relaxation and rejuvenation, offering a perfect alternative to the beach on windy days when the beach is less appealing.

The property is secured by walls and gates on all sides without obstructing the expansive views of the beautiful surroundings.
