The space
The house is a split-level house.

The upstairs unit has the kitchen, dining room, living room, half bathroom, and office with a handful of boardgames.

The downstairs unit has another living room, both the bedrooms shown in the pictures, the full bathroom, and the laundry room.

Both living rooms have TVs with streaming access and I can setup a Playstation 4 console in the downstairs unit!
