Pool was kid friendly. Parking was tight for our larger vehicle. Condo had everything we need for meal prep and dining in. Coffee maker worked well.

A hidden gem, in my opinion. We have a toddler under 2 and the pool was the main attraction of our weekend getaway to Orlando. The pricing is great, the rooms are clean, the tub is huge, the pool and playground were excellent for our toddler. Location is really good if you're here for Orlando. Universal would be a bit of a further drive. I will definitely come back.

My husband, children, and I have stayed at this property many times before and have always enjoyed our visits. Unfortunately, this was the first time I felt the unit was dirty and poorly maintained.When we walked in, the smell in our specific unit was terrible. The shower contained hair that clearly wasn’t ours. Countertops and stovetops were filthy, and the floor was sticky with spilled soda and food residue. The carpet had two noticeable burn marks from an iron.The sliding door was consistently off track, and the handle was broken. The dishwasher emitted a burning smell when running, making it seem unsafe to use. Additionally, the trash chute smelled horrific during our entire stay, as it always seemed to be in an unsanitary condition.To make matters worse, the small pool was completely unmaintained—dirty, with frogs (some floating dead) in the water. Even more concerning, there was human feces in the parking garage on the way to the pool, creating both a health hazard and an extremely unpleasant experience for guests.Given the severity of these issues, I highly doubt that we will ever return to this property, which is truly disappointing after so many previous enjoyable stays.

The property was amazing, the condo was beautiful and clean, the location was perfect for us to visit universal studios. The only reason it is missing a star is because the pirate ship slide has a 48in requirement which I did not see listed on anything so my daughter who is 46in was extremely disappointed and cried each time we went to the pool. Have you mind I understand safety requirements but this was a simple slide that went into 4ft water so 48in is way too extreme of a requirement! Also, you take kids but can not have any of your own snacks at the pool nor drinks yet you can order from the pool side bar and drink drinks right at the edge of the water and eat yet you can’t take anything in for your kids. Again everything was great with the room, location, and all except these two small things about the facility itself.

Definitely a great place! When we come back down in May we will be booking the room again. Everything was easy to use and the owner was easy to work with. We were able to add another day at the last min!

For the price, this place is unbeatable

Clean, roomy, fairly quiet. The location is very convenient to parks. Not a lot in the way of dining, but we ate at the parks mostly.

Great vaca spot!

Two night stay during the week the condo including the kitchen & bathrooms was very clean and tidy. Smelt really nice and plenty of room for our group of eight. The children loved the pool and playground. Coffee left was a plus plenty of kitchen supplies. Our only dislike was the very thin trash bags in all the cans. Because they ripped. Surrounding area felt very safe and lots of amenities close by. Michael helpful & available. We never found the trash room or chute down the hall the front reception said to leave trash outside the door. We would surely love to stay again.

Fun pool area for family/older rooms

The room was older but clean. Great communication with the owner. I will say we had to go to the front desk 4 times during our stay to get new room keys and they never touched a cell phone, other cards or anything. That was not fun when you are in a different building many floors up. Our floor smelled of weed many times as well. Overall, it was a nice stay. The arcade and the pool area were fun for my two kids.

Forewarning to anyone that is interested in booking, I’d consider all other options prior to booking here. Other than the proximity to the parks and the room size there isn’t much good to say about our stay. We were only able to use the pool a couple times due to the resort closing the pool every day. Yes I understand inclimate weather but only one day did we notice a reason (lightning) to even consider closing the pools. The furniture is in definite need of replacement. All the furniture has scratches or chips out of them and the couch is unbearable to sit in. The carpet had huge stains on them and you can use your imagination of what substance they are from. We were roped into a timeshare presentation that was a joke. There was not a breakfast as advertised and we were just left in a room for an hour and a half until we had to track someone down to get the gift card. The most frustrating by far were the key cards. To access the building you had to use your room key which didn’t work half the time. We were even locked out of our room one day and had to get replacements to access our belongings. Staff didn’t seem to care and acted like they knew about all the issues and were not going to do anything to fix the issues. It was nice being close to the parks but definitely would look for a better taken care of resort. Have a better trip than we did!

Great Orlando Getaway

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our mini vaca here! Only downside was getting toilet paper from housekeeping. The only TP that was there was what was already on half used rolls (no extra) It took us all day to get TP back in the unit. This was not a property owner issue. Michel was great and was informative before check in. We would definitely stay again. Perfect location and plenty of room for our family.

Good But ,,,,

Everything was pretty good and as described, except the clothes dryer did not dry the clothes and the living room furniture is completely worn out. But, everything else was pretty good.
