Welcome to our Magnolia property ! To ensure a pleasant and secure stay, please review and adhere to the following house rules:

Security Deposit: A security deposit of up to $500 may be charged if there is any damage to the property or if smoking occurs on the premises.

Restricted Areas: Please note that Apartment B is off-limits during your stay.

Cleaning Expectations: We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the property tidy. While we expect used dishes to be cleaned and beds to be unmade, exceptional cleaning beyond standard wear and tear, such as stains or extreme dirtiness, may result in additional cleaning costs, which will be passed on to you.

Visitor Policy: No visitors are allowed without prior agreement. If you wish to have visitors, please obtain approval in advance. Visitors must book their own accommodation if they will be staying overnight.

Responsibility and Insurance: Guests assume full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or using its facilities. By accepting this reservation, you acknowledge that you are assuming the risk of any harm arising from your use of the property. We recommend that you consider purchasing personal insurance for additional protection.

Occupancy Limits: Exceeding the published occupancy limit will result in the full forfeiture of the security deposit.

Surveillance and Monitoring:We prioritize your safety and comfort during your stay. To enhance security and protect the property, we have installed security cameras in the following areas:

Front Yard: Monitoring the entrance and surrounding area for security purposes.
Side Yard: Overlooking side access points and general property perimeter.
Back Yard: Recording activity in the backyard area.
Please Note:

Camera Placement: Cameras are installed only in outdoor common areas and do not record inside the property. There are no cameras in any private spaces, such as bedrooms or bathrooms.
Purpose of Cameras: The cameras are used solely for security and surveillance of the exterior of the property.
Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. We do not record any interior areas or personal spaces. Camera footage is securely stored and accessible only by authorized personnel.

Legal Compliance: We comply with all relevant laws and regulations concerning surveillance and privacy.
By staying with us, you acknowledge that you are aware of the security cameras and consent to their use in the outlined areas. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to contact us.

Noise level monitoring technology may be employed to ensure the comfort and security of our neighbors.

Checkout Policy: If you interfere with the cleaning process by delaying checkout beyond the agreed time, a charge of $50 per hour will apply for each hour of delay.

Reporting Hazards: Please notify us immediately if you notice any hazards that could cause damage to the property or harm to individuals.
