Breakfast can be purchased at the front desk for an additional daily charge of $10 per adult and $5 for children. All rentals have a mandatory exit cleaning fee of $40. Free Wi-Fi throughout the property keeps you connected, and our fitness room makes it easy to keep up your workout routine. It also features guest laundry facilities, free parking with large-vehicle spaces, boat docking for a nominal fee and non-smoking. After a restful sleep, wake up with our breakfast or a morning swim in our outdoor pool. Please note - prior to booking there is 24 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. The studio is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, trash bag and soap. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense. Baby crib/changer, highchair and stroller is available upon request one week before check-in. Additional light housekeeping is optional for stays longer than 7+ nights: $40.00.
