The house was very nice, upgraded kitchen and bath, and very clean. The host offered nice ammenities including a gift basket. The location was centrally located. The beds were a bit firm for my liking and the neighbors played loud music until 2am each of the nights we stayed. Not sure if that was because we stayed on a holiday week.

The location is really close to everything: Longboat Key, St. Armand Circle, UCT mall. While the area is a little bit sketcy, within 3 blocks there are super nice houses, we never felt unsafe. We actually chatted with the neighbor across the street who was super friendly. We did have an issue come up that we caused(my brother locked the bottom lock instead of the touch pad) but owner was super responsive even though it was late on a Friday night and was remedied quickly. The 3 bedroom house is extremely well stocked, almost too generously with even a welcome basket. WIFI worked well, showers hot, truly it had all that we needed. The price though is the biggest perk. We would have likely needed 3 hotel rooms and had this comfortable house for less the price of one nights hotel during spring break. Would definitely stay again and would also rent off of this owner again. Thank you.

The location was very central to restaurants, beaches and ‘things to do’.The surrounding neighborhood had some sketchy- looking places but at no time did my sister and I feel unsafe. It was quiet and I wish we had more time to enjoy the outdoor space in the backyard.The house itself was beautifully laid out and comfortable. The gift basket for our stay was a nice touch.

Great little house

Very clean and beautiful house. The host was awesome and on top of everything, from having snacks and coffee to soap and shampoo. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Great little house

The house was very comfortable, lovely welcome basket upon arrival even for only 1 night. Although the house was conveniently located to the downtown area, neighborhood was not desirable, loud music playing from neighboring houses until 2am. Overall good for one night, host was very accommodating and great with communication.

We traveled over to the West Coast from the East Coast of Florida to go to McCurdy’s comedy club. This property was beautifully renovated and very clean. It was also gated, which was nice. It was 10 to 15 minutes from everything we wanted to do.

Nice relaxing getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Arlette left a goodie basket in the kitchen which we really appreciated! She also left q-tips and baskets in the bathrooms, with shampoo, conditioner and body wash mounted in both bathrooms. We enjoyed sitting in the fenced in yard and reading, a wonderful way to unwind after a long day. We will stay here again next time in Sarasota.

Beautiful house with personal touches!

This property was beautiful. The owner went the extra mile to the finishing touches on the property. They left chocolates, popcorn, chips, lotion and more for us. They maintained great contact and made sure we didn't need anything. I could have gone for a slightly better neighborhood, but we had no problems!

Cute and clean

Nicely renovated beach theme, tile floors, very clean, had all the necessities. Not a great neighborhood-transitional. A liile far to walk downtown. On a major street so significant road noise in front bedrooms.

A great base for a family visit and spring training games

The house was spotlessly clean, well equipped, comfortable beds and furniture and it was nice to have outdoor space. It was a good setup for a family visit and attending spring baseball games at the Orioles and Pirates stadiums. The neighbor hood was quiet, and residential. It is best if you have a car, since most amenities and attractions are not within walking distance. But Ubers were inexpensive. The property owner was super responsive and helpful.

Nice place

Had a nice stay. Very nice place; clean. Location not the best. A lot of street noise. However not a place to stay if you like hot showers. Took 20-30 min for water to heat (and not very hot) in small bathroom and a little less (but not much) time in main bathroom. Could be a problem if you need a quick shower. No TV in bedroom.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience with the hot water. After you left the property, I checked the hot water and it worked perfectly; it heated up in less than 30 seconds. I hope you had a pleasant stay despite this. Sincerely, Arlette.

Beautiful House

The listing was exactly as pictured and was even nicer in person. It was just what we were looking for. Our host was very responsive to my questions and checked in with me while staying there to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean when we arrived. It was the beginning of December when we stayed and there was an adorable Christmas tree set up (loved it!). Another thing that was a very nice touch was a small welcome basket filled with all sorts of goodies. Very happy with the host and the property. Would definitely stay there again!!

So welcoming!

We booked Arletta’s place for a short weekend trip to see the Orioles play at spring training. The house was exactly as shown. We were greeted with a lovely welcome basket full of snacks and things, including a birthday card for our son, as I’d told her that was part of the reason we were coming. She also supplies shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each of the showers! The location of the house is very convenient to downtown Sarasota, Ed Smith stadium, and the airport. And it’s not a far drive to some of the local beaches.She is very timely with communicating, and I imagine if we had any issues, she would have taken care of them quickly. Fortunately we didn’t!
