Emerald Skye offers plenty of amenities to enjoy including; an outdoor pool and grilling area. The location is great as well, close to shopping, dining, and lots of fun in the sun. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

A PERFECT stay!! Everything is exactly as described/pictured. Beautiful beach view and this unit is so close to the pool and beach gate. 10/10 recommend. The place was pristine when we arrived, all appliances work, and they have a fully stocked kitchen; pizza cutter, silverware, pots, pans, cups, plates, oven mits. It’s probably more stocked than my own kitchen. AC unit works overtime, the place was icy cold after a long day at the beach. Comfy beds and couch, plenty of cooking and eating space. The couch is a little small for four people, but it works. The hall tree was a bomb touch; kept our shoes out of the way and was an excellent place to hang towels, suits, bags. Perfect for a family of four; two kids (8 & 6). Everything is freshly updated; paint, appliances, all of it. Very nice touch with the granite in the kitchen and bathroom. Furniture on the porch for eating or enjoying coffee. All codes and pertinent information is sent well before your trip and communication is excellent. One thing I would say is don’t bank on the things in the storage closet. They state in the description that they have beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, but the stuff is VERY old and kinda gross, would not use. Smells strongly of mildew in the closet. I would’ve liked to store my beach stuff in there and there is PLENTY of room, but I didn’t want it to stink. Either bring your own things or rent beach gear. There is an elevator, which I did not know but was happy to see.

Awesome place

No complaints what so ever. Location was great and loved the easy beach access.. was real nice not having to fight for a spot on the beach like you sometimes have to at the bigger properties

Everything was clean. Disappointed the heat for the pool was off the second time with swam. The lighting in the bedroom was almost nonexistent at night We took the floor lamp from the living room into the bedroom. Used flashlight to find clothes in suitcase

Perfect summer get away!

We had such a great time at this condo. It was clean, decorated nicely and so cozy. There is a storage locker on the ground floor for this condo that has everything you would need for the beach, this was very convenient! It being a smaller building of condominiums was very nice, not packed, easy parking, beach area was not busy at all. Close to restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores. We cannot wait to come back next year!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry the floors weren’t up to standard when you arrived — that’s not the experience we aim to deliver. Our Quality Assurance team reached out shortly after check-in, and we wish you’d let us know at that time so we could have sent housekeeping back immediately to make it right. As for the lock, this particular unit does require securing the door with the deadbolt rather than an auto-lock. We’ll make sure that’s clearer for future guests. We appreciate you staying with us and hope your next visit is a smoother one.

Easy check in. Condo was clean. The sliding door did not lock. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper. Bedroom was super noisy.

The Gulf Coast indeed has a vibrant ecosystem, and while we do our best to keep the critters in their own turf, sometimes they decide to explore uninvited. The little things

The condo is small but modern, perfect for my wife and I. It had everything right, from the fresh smell when we first opened the door to EVERY utensil one could ask for, and good quality. The decor is well thought out, well done. The location cannot be beat. Now for the bad.....I sent a pleasant introductory message to the owners before arriving; no response back. The rental company ALBVR sent the wrong instructions to get on the internet! We were panicked "had important work to do" Called ALBVR after checking in Sat, did not get a reply back until tue! Fortunately the owner left a "Welcome Book" with the correct loggin information and the correct password needed. Place; perfect, ALBVR; needs some major improvement.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room, the communications with the management company, and all the provided amenities. We were particularly pleased with being provided access to the beach chairs and boogie boards in the unit's storage closet. It was nice not to have to bring our own. Highly recommended.
