Every morning and evening you can view the spectacular sunrises and sunsets, along with the hot air balloons. This home is full of plants and subtle touches that mean so much. Our Christmas gathering was complete.

Very comfortable stay! Excellent cleanliness, and the host was super quick to respond to our questions. So many nice touches in the house, and the location was great. The neighborhood was super quiet, and the views from the balcony of the Sandia and city lights were perfect - highly recommend!

Comfortable home in convenient central location

We really enjoyed our stay here and felt the home was in a good location (10ā€“15 minute drive to anywhere in Abq), had a great outdoor space, and was well stocked (i.e. quality soaps, tissue, nice bath towels, extra bedding, basic spices, etc.). Also, the checkout instructions were simple, and the owner even left us a nice welcome gift! We would definitely stay again if it's available the next time we visit.

Amazing Oasis

We had a great time here and will definitely be back soon. Honestly, the pictures posted of the hike do not do it justice it is a sultry gorgeous and well taken care of. The owners thought of everything and we didnā€™t need a thing!! The location was amazing and very safe! We had our 27 year old daughter and 18 month old grandson along and they adored the place. The Zen garden and fountain was the babies favorite. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home!

Nicely decorated

This house is nicely decorated and has a well equipped kitchen. We particularly liked having the kitchen and dining upstairs, from the dining room we could see balloons in the morning and city lights in the evening.

Great view of Sandia mountains

Our favorite part was the view though we were not able to see the hot air balloons. Beds were very comfortable. Great kitchen with staples. Yard with lots of plants and flowers. Easy location for going on outings. Recommend for a Albuquerque 3 bedroom house.

Excellent location with a view

This property is a 10/10. Location is central and east to find. Property was spotless, sleeps 8 easily and has all the amenities you need. Easy check in and check out. Patio view is breathtaking and courtyard is a dream. Lots of birds to see and enjoyed seeing all the balloons. Host responds quickly. Definitely recommend and will be back.

Great Place To Stay

Came to Albuquerque for a family weekend. This property was GREAT to stay at. Super clean. Lots of room. Lots of nice touches to the house. Fully stocked kitchen. The house is a little unconventional with the kitchen upstairs but with the view I can see why. (We did see hot air balloons take off!) Beds were very comfortable! Communication with Karen was prompt and very appreciated! We were pretty close to everything we did from the Sandia Mountain tram to Old Town to the Petroglyphs! Highly recommend

Fantastic home!

First, the house was fantastic!! I got a lot of kudos for finding it. The best thing about this house was the responsiveness of the host. We had a couple of questions and she got back to us extremely fast, even in a holiday weekend. We put a small list together of the things we thought really made a difference and that future guests may want to know, so here you go:1. Mary & Titoā€™s restaurant was EXACTLY what we were looking for in authentic New Mexican food! Excellent suggestion by the owner. It is a small local place that we highly recommend.2. The host had a handheld steamer in the master closet, which came in very handy.3. Foam roller4. Well stocked pantry with spices, utensils, dishes and both drip and Keurig coffee makers. 5. The views are awesome. Hot air balloons every morning. 6. Super thoughtful little things like small incense sticks, binoculars for the balloons, bug spray, the good toilet paper and great snack basket.7. Comfortable beds and pillows. Thatā€™s always a crap shoot and these were great!8. Excellent water pressure. 9. Backyard and hot tub were a great area to hang out. 10. Awesome decor and we loved the art work throughout the house. 11. Very convenient location. We were 10-15 mins from everything we did. 12. No issues with getting in or out. We have definitely had some issues with other homes, but not here.

Coming back to this home each evening was like coming home to your own property. It was clean, comfortable, quiet with an awesome view. Our host was great and answered all our questions in a timely manner. If you are visiting Albuquerque, this is a home that you will thoroughly enjoy.
