Guest Access:
This is an entirely private property including the pool/spa area. You will have access to all areas of the home. There will be no one else on the property with you.

Other things to note:
Guests are responsible for any fees imposed by the City of Henderson for not following city ordinances. Maximum occupancy: At no time may more than 12 adults plus 3 children be present on the property. Note : the children are not limited to 3 but the max occupancy on the property including children may not exceed 15. This limit applies to all persons whether staying overnight or visiting. Exceeding occupancy limits may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
