Beach Villa Maria - Mykonos

Beachfront "Villa Maria" is located in one of the most distinct areas on the island, with unlimited view of the Aegean Sea and the Cycladic Islands of Delos, Paros and Naxos.
The villa is designed according to the local architecture and combines tradition with modern amenities. Offers complete tranquility, with luxury living and breathtaking view.
A private path leads to the beach where drinks, beverages, sunbeds and water sports are available. The beach is shared with the famous jet setters "Santa Marina Resort", well known for its high profile guests and high standard concierge services. For those wishing to combine boating with their villa holiday, there is direct access to the sea with a small dock where yachts can approach. Please note: Access to the beach is free of charge; however, there is a daily fee for renting a sun bed and an umbrella, and it must be arranged upon request directly with the hotel's beach manager. The bar and restaurant are open to all. Entering the beach as a passageway to go to Ornos or other nearby areas is strictly forbidden.

Centrally located, only 2km from Mykonos town, the villa is very close to Ornos, Platis Yialos and Psarou beaches. Restaurants, supermarkets and other supply stores are located 3min by car.

We follow all the latest cleaning instructions provided by the National Public Health Organization and we have absolutely no responsibility in case the guest is infected with the virus during his/her vacation. We will provide you all possible assistance for the immediate access of the guest to the competent state health center. Guests must abide by all the rules of cleanliness and hygiene throughout their stay.
If a guest is infected with the virus, he/she is obliged to follow the instructions of the Hellenic Health Organization in a place that will be indicated specifically for this case.
The house is available for holiday use and is by no means available for quarantine or isolation.
By making a reservation, the guest unconditionally accepts the above special operating rules.

The house:
At the level of the terrace there are one bedroom, one living room and one dining room serving 6 people.
At the same level there is a fully equipped kitchen and a guests bathroom (wc).
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with magnificent sea view.
The outdoor area offers a variety of possibilities through its thoughtful design where one dining area and a distinct living area are offering an idyllic setting for a sunset cocktail.
There are parking spaces for 2 cars.

PLUS: 1 small Bedroom with en-suite bathroom available upon written request with an extra cost of 90euros/day.

The villa is fully independent, so there is nothing to share.

Assistance for any kind of emergency is available 24/7.

The access to the villa is possible by car, or motorbike and there are parking spaces available for 2 cars. The road is steep and renting a strong car is recommended.
A welcome mail with detailed directions from the port / airport, will be sent to you prior arrival.
Since the villa is centrally located in the island, you will enjoy easy access to all the beautiful beaches, bars, the Magic Mykonos town and the airport.
Taxis are available on call, but is not always easy to get one during high season.
Public transportation is weak.
To move around carefree, it is highly recommended to use car rental services. The island is big and with a variety of places to visit.
