Welcome to this unique and Elegant 3 story brand new spacious 6 bedroom 5.5 bath Townhome with private pool in the brand new Azur Resort in Davenport minutes from all the action. This Luxury townhome has just been professionally furnished and is now ready to welcome your family and friends to make memories at this getaway.

Enter into this Home and be welcomed by the open main floor layout with spacious modern kitchen with stainless appliances and Island with 3 bar stools. This open area has a welcoming living room area with comfortable seating, large flat screen smart TV and dining area with seating for 6. Access the private pool area from either the dining room sliding doors with covered lanai overlooking the pool and an outside dining table, or from the living room sliding doors to the pool with more seating and lounge chairs and no rear neighbors for excellent privacy.


You have a queen bedroom on the main floor and a bathroom right outside the room with walk in shower.

Head to the second floor where you will find 3 spacious bedrooms.

This bedroom on the 3rd floor also has a balcony to step out, catch the view and enjoy the Florida sunshine while on your getaway.

Please inquire about the cost to add Pool heat to your reservation. FYI we are one of only a few townhomes in this community that has a pool heater installed at the home.

BBQ Grill rentals are available for your stay and include propane and cleaning after your stay.

Communities do not allow RVs or Trailers to enter or park in the resort. Please make alternative arrangements if travelling with anything other than your personal vehicles.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Carl was an outstanding host—responsive, friendly, and always willing to help whenever we had questions. The townhouse was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed to feel comfortable throughout our stay. The location was another huge plus, with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping just minutes away. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay. We would definitely book again!

Overall, the home was nice. The bed linen was clean towels ok definitely bring some of your own couch, dirty I didn’t even wanna sit on it…..is nothing like what is being advertised. Maybe in the beginning, but not now it definitely not white

The house was very clean and suited our large family perfectly. It’s located closer to stores and restaurants and about 20 minutes to all the Disney theme parks.

The house was absolutely lovely. It was clean, beautifully maintained, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment we walked in. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and without hesitation give this property 5 stars! The home was immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed with a fantastic layout that worked perfectly for our family. My husband and our five kids all loved having their own comfortable rooms, and the small pool was definitely a favorite. We spent so much time enjoying it!The property was incredibly private and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax after busy days. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to Disney and conveniently close to restaurants, grocery stores, and everything else we needed.Alex was an exceptional host. He was friendly, welcoming, and communicated with us every step of the way, making the entire experience seamless. During our stay, one of our children accidentally damaged part of the property, and Alex was beyond gracious, understanding, and kind in how he handled the situation. His compassion and professionalism meant so much to our family.We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful, and family-friendly place to stay. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Host was very responsive and the location was perfect for our golf trip being located centrally to all golf courses. Plenty of dining options within a few miles of the location. Unit was very large offering 6 bedrooms with tv's in each room. Living room area was perfect for watching the Superbowl. Had a very enjoyable stay. Thanks

The host was very welcoming and responsive, always available whenever I reached out, regardless of the time. The property itself was beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. The only drawbacks were markings on the walls, the living room carpet, and a noticeable presence of ants downstairs. Above all I would definitely recommend we enjoyed our stay.

The property had everything we needed. We had a party of 11 so the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms worked out perfectly. It’s up to date and had all the amenities we needed. Quiet area and not far from shopping either. International drive where the outlets are was about a 26 min drive but still perfect. I would definitely stay again and recommend others

The house was extremely dirty from the moment we arrived. The floors were filthy, and one room had to be closed off completely because we found and killed multiple water bugs/palmetto bugs. Tiny ants were crawling throughout the home, and spider webs covered the upstairs windows. The garbage can was broken, the couch was stained, and there was no hot water in the upstairs master bedroom. The previous guests even left trash and hospital wristbands in the basement garbage area.One room in particular had to be closed off entirely because we encountered water bugs—also known as palmetto bugs—upon entering. We were forced to kill several of them, and the presence of these large insects made the room unusable for the duration of our stay. No guest should quarantine part of a rental home due to pests.The grill, which the host allowed us to use for free after my complaints, didn’t work due to either no propane or a malfunction, so we couldn’t grill at all. Although the host responded quickly, Alex was dismissive and took no real accountability for the condition of the We were told there would be parking passes, but no one was available to provide them. Only two cars were allowed for a 12‑person rental, we were told to find offsite parking for our third vehicle—even though there is none in the area except risky store lots. Thankfully only eight of us came. I’ve photo uploaded so renters can see the real conditions. Based on this experience, VRBO is a firm no! Ghetto Area

As you can see from the many fantastic reviews on this home 9/10 stars, this review definitely does not reflect the condition of the home. The home was clean before arrival and the guest even said the home was lovely. We have regular pest control and if there were bugs, the guests left the doors/windows open. The guest complains about the grill however they were advised in the listing as well in info sent about the home once booked that they could rent a grill. Renting it would have meant we would bring over propane to use. We told them they could use it but if the propane tank was empty they would have to replace it. Instead of doing that they complained and left a bad review. The guests left the home a mess on departure and we would definitely not recommend them to anyone.

sorry but the only perk to the property were the multiple bathrooms. The listing showed amenities that were not real. massive pool, mini golf, gift shop, coffee shop, bakery, gym. we were misled. please notify guests of your minimal essentials on your main page, not after booking. we had to purchase multiple daily items just make it livable for a week. I seen how you treat those who leave negative comments. making it seem as if the review is false because of all the positive reviews. bugs were in the home. I understand they make there way in. but it would be nice to have some type of defense to them, in case they come in. and yes it is in a ghetto part of town. not a resort in any way. People fighting at night. everyone was annoyed with the house. hard to enjoy when people are complaining

The home is stocked according to standard short‑term rental practice (starter supplies rather than a full week’s consumables), but we recognize that expectations can differ. All of this information is also included in the check-in details that were sent to you a week prior to your arrival. Regarding cleanliness and pests: the property is professionally cleaned and treated regularly, but in Florida it is still possible for insects to enter occasionally. Even so, you should always feel you have what you need to feel comfortable. As for the surrounding area, this is a mixed residential and vacation community rather than a traditional “all‑inclusive resort,” and experiences can vary. That said, any disturbances such as loud arguments or fighting are taken seriously, we encourage guests to notify local authorities so they can intervene. We never intend to dismiss negative feedback, and we truly value all reviews—both positive and critical—as they help us improve. We are sorry that your stay was not as relaxing as you had hoped and appreciate your comments, which we are actively using to refine our listing, communication, and on‑site standards.
