This large villa is perfectly located on the exclusive Emerald Island Resort community less than 3 miles from Walt Disney World, Florida. The property has 7 bedrooms two of which are master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a further two and a half bathrooms.

This stunning elegant and spacious vacation home is perfect for family groups sleeping up to 14 guests. Relax round your very own private pool area with conservation views to help you make the most of the Florida Sun. This home also comes with a fully equipped kitchen with all everyday appliances to give you a home from home feeling!

*Optional Pool/spa heat $30 per day if required please ask at time of booking.

* Gate passes are required for each vehicle entering the resort and may be obtained from the clubhouse at checkin.
Each pass is $20+tax and is collected by the Resort directly.

Highly recommend. Katrina is on top of any questions or concerns. Within minutes she responded to a problem with hot tub and was at the property. Plenty of space to spread out, both inside home and outside at pool area. Well maintained and stocked. Excellent stay.

Everything was as described. All clean. Rapid communication with the host. The only slight negative would bethe pool table,, it needs a bit of tlc. Would i stay and book again definitely. Would i recommend certainly. Thank you

Plenty of room for the whole family

We traveled from SC and had family members from in town come and visit. There was plenty of room for everyone. Two living spaces, game room and plenty of beds. Will stay again.

Place was perfect for us and our family bonding. Only negative, TV's & remotes really didn't work. Would stay again...

Glad you enjoyed your stay. I just checked all the TVs only one remote needed batteries in Downstairs master (I apologize it wasn’t checked before arrival). All other TVs and remotes work perfect, I would gladly have brought batteries if you had reported as I live on the resort. Hope to welcome you again in the future :)

The house is trash! All old broken down furniture. Floors were dirty(mostly in kitchen and bathrooms) All appliances were old, dirty and broken.(Refrigerator,stove,AC,coffee maker. Most of the complaints I have were reported to the owner before. So it’s clear they are aware this place is a dump and they don’t plan to do anything to fix it! DO NOT STAY HERE! Also additional charges for every vehicle driven into subdivision. All charges were supposed to have already been paid up front. No usable things towels, paper towels,dish detergent. But you’re required to wash everything before leaving. I recommend finding another spot! Shame on VRBO for allowing this!!!

Your review is just nasty maybe your football team didn’t do too well! , my home was inspected before your arrival and all was clean and appliances working not broken. Clean towels and washing detergents are provided under the kitchen sink and laundry detergent sheets for a load of laundry is provided in laundry room. Maybe up your very low budget on your next weekend away.

The upstairs bathrooms sinks hot water didn't work. Unable to open blinds in two of (broken) bedrooms, Broken beds, a hole in wall in upstairs bedroom. Ceiling fan globe light fixture fell off on the bed and the fan or the TV didn't work in this bedroom. All ceiling fans and the house was extremely dusty. The downstairs bedroom shower head and handel needs replacing, the curtain rod fell while the curtain was being opened and almost hitting the person in the head. The refrigerator freezer had a latch on it to keep it closed. The house accommodated my family but needs some updates to the house.

Our overall stay was good. The interior is a little outdated, as our wall outlets didn’t have the covers, half the cabinets were painted and the other half was not, same with the stairs, and the bedroom/bathroom doors didn’t actually lock, we were able to still open them with it “ locked”. The house was very clean though! We didn’t realize the hot tub was an extra charge, I didn’t notice asking for an extra payment reserving the house. I did try to contact the property manager multiple times,. The first day she said her pool guy would come out and turn it on for us. ( we were fine with paying the extra amount for the hot tub) the next day I tried to message for an update and never got a response the rest of our stay. When you’re charged 70 for 24/7 customer service.. even if it was a no, a response would have been nice.

Amazing property for a large reunion

A group of friends were celebrating our high school 40th anniversary. The place was exactly what we needed. Every room was spotless, the swimming pool was nice to have. It was a pleasure to cook in that kitchen (one of us is a chef). The pool table was a nice surprise. Walking around the gorgeous neighborhood in the morning was very relaxing. Great communication with our property contact Katrina.

Being back a week from this trip I along with the rest of the house have talked & agreed some type of partial reimbursement of rental fee should be returned.We've been doing this trip for about 15yrs and this is by far the WORST house/experience we've had.Being told literally a few hours before check in you had not made sure the property & Jacuzzi were ready for our arrival as all of the sudden the Jacuzzi doesn't work & a part has to be overnighted was very unprofessional & a horrible way to start our trip. On top of that we did NOT get to use the Jacuzzi the entire week we were there! We have a very large group of people that travel from Buffalo to Florida every MLK weekend and the several other houses that were rented... NONE had issues with their Jacuzzi! It definitely ruined the week.I'm attaching several pictures...EVERY vent in the house IS gross & caked with dust. Main Suite: The vent about my toilet was so dirty, a broom or Swiffer could have done the job. The carpet in the closet is beyond stained and disgusting. The shower handle came off along with the toilet having to be plunged to flush correctly. No jets in the tub? No dresser?The Stairway leading upstairs: the wall is SO marked up & obviously NEVER wiped down. The whole railing leading upstairs & the railing upstairs were dirty and massively chipped up.One of the two bathrooms upstairs wasn't even used after day one because the tub was filled up ankle deep with water by the time people...

es we had to fix a switch on the spa which we did as soon as the new part arrived the following day, the tech and myself were there at the property fixing it until past 9pm and you saw us there. All was running good unfortunately the week of your stay was one of the coldest with FREEZE WARNINGS and heaters shut off for protection! You even researched it and agreed, you were refunded heat fee for the whole week but I still had it switched on so you could maybe use it even when my pool guy advised against it. YOU left my property unlocked and damaged furniture which you did not report and also left an awful smell of CANNABIS in my home! My home is a NO SMOKING home!

Our stay was a lot of miscommunication, we were not told of 20.00 fee to park up to six cars only,we had guest for dinner they were harassed, and to top it off itenary said check out was at 11,then the host came to the door and said checkout was at 10,so I will not use this again
