This ocean view junior suite is located in the luxurious Sorrento tower in the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach its a The unit offers over 560 SF of interior space and a large outdoor balcony. This condo sleeps maximum 4 people between the king bed, pull out full size sofa bed and roll-away bed that can be ordered with the hotel.

Guests are entitled to two Lapis spa passes. Owners guests have access to 8 pools, dining, beach access, spa access, beach chairs, and gym access. Spa access does not include services they are payable. Valet parking included.

From the Sorrento Tower you can access the Fontainebleau Hotel and its amenities the Liv Nightclub where celebrities meet, Lappis Spa one of the most beautiful in America , the Gym with the latest in technology and direct ocean view and four of Miami Beach’s best Restaurants, HAKKASAN, MICHAEL MINA 74, SCARPETTA and STRIPSTEAK by Michael Mina.
Don't miss the action on the pools and concerts from the 16th floor balcony while watching the crystal clear waters of Miami Beach. We are located on the ninth floor.

One floor to ceiling marble bathroom with glass enclosed shower and whirlpool tub. The living and dining area features a granite counter-top splash bar, microwave, mini refrigerator, 42” LCD television. Additional refrigerators are not available.

Additional Fees and Details:
NOT INCLUDED Transient Rental Fee: $16.52, payable to the front desk, plus applicable local taxes.

. Rolling Bed: $60 per night, plus tax, payable directly to the hotel front desk. A credit card is required at check-in for a daily hold of $250 for potential damages or incidentals. This hold will not be charged unless damage occurs or additional services (e.g., room service) are billed.

Wristband Access:
The rate includes complimentary wristbands for pool access:
• Junior Suite: Maximum of 4 wristbands.

Additional wristbands are available at $35 each, regardless of the number of people staying in the suite.

Guest access includes room service, Sorrento pool, complimentary gym access and spa access for registered guests over 18 years of age, (access to spa or gym may be restricted due to occupancy levels). Main poolscape access is included for registered guests (availability may be restricted if Hotel is holding concerts or events, call hotel in advance to confirm.

Keep in mind when booking any apartment suite in the Hotel that all of the rooms are operated by the hotel. We are only handling your reservation of the room.

Late Check-In: Owner Services closes at 7:00 PM. Guests arriving after this time must check in through the Trésor Tower Main Lobby, where the hotel currently charges a $75 late check-in fee. We therefore recommend arriving before 7:00 PM where possible.

POOL & RESORT UPDATE:
The former Oasis Pool/Family Pool area, south-side cabanas and adjacent lawn areas are currently unavailable while redevelopment and construction work continues.

To enhance the experience during this period, the beach area has been expanded with additional lounge seating and beach chairs, along with family activities and games including volleyball and spikeball.

POOL & RESORT UPDATE:

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations for any reason—including sickness, inclement weather, flight delays, or cancellations—are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected changes to your plans. Late Arrival Policy
We look forward to welcoming you! Please note that, due to hotel.regulations, all guests staying in the private residences must be personally checked in by a host. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to offer check-in after 12:00 midnight, even if your flight is delayed or your travel plans change.

If you expect to arrive after midnight, you’ll need to arrange accommodation for your first night and check in with us the following day.
