This home is best suited for families, mature groups, business travelers, and respectful guests looking for a comfortable stay in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties, events, unregistered visitors, and disruptive gatherings are strictly prohibited.

For guest safety and property protection, exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and entry points. The home also has privacy-safe noise monitoring devices that measure decibel levels only and do not record conversations.

Parking is limited to 3 vehicles. Additional vehicles, street congestion, blocking driveways, or parking on lawns is not permitted.


Important Booking Information:

To help protect our guests, neighbors, and property owners, we may request additional identity verification for reservations where the booking platform has not fully verified the guest. By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. All guests are also required to review and sign a short rental agreement through our secure guest portal before arrival.

Please note that your check-in instructions may be withheld until all required verification steps and the rental agreement have been successfully completed. Adjacent to the kitchen, the formal dining room provides seating for six, ideal for family dinners or hosting guests. The space is fun and inviting, creating a wonderful setting for meals.

Full Bathroom 1:
A conveniently located bath in the hall serves the bedrooms, offering a bathtub and shower combination.

Primary Bedroom:
The spacious primary bedroom offers a tranquil retreat with ample closet space. It’s conveniently located near the bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for restful nights.

1 vehicle in the garage and up to 3 parking spaces on the driveway.

House Rules:

- No parties, events, open-invite gatherings, or disruptive behavior of any kind.
- No unregistered visitors without prior written approval.
- No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the home.
- Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.
- No speakers, DJs, karaoke, amplified music, or outdoor music after quiet hours.
- Parking is limited to approved spaces only. Street parking rules must be followed.
- Moving furniture, tampering with cameras/noise devices/smoke alarms, or disabling Wi-Fi-connected safety devices is prohibited.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund and additional charges for damages, extra cleaning, or neighbor disturbance.

- Unregistered/unapproved visitors: $100/person
- Smoking: $500+ remediation minimum
- Noise violation requiring response from our team: $250
- Tampering with cameras/noise/Wi-Fi/smoke alarms: $150 per device
- Excess cleaning: actual cost + $250 admin fee
- Police/security response: actual cost + $1000 admin fee
- Unauthorized late checkout: $200 per 30 mins
