This home is part of a duplex facing Clear Creek. It includes a front and private back patio surrounded by pine and aspen. The backyard patio is covered by a Pergola, the patio is large enough for socializing and enjoying the summer weather. Interior includes a large living room (with a fold-out sofa bed ), a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and two bedrooms with Queen sized beds and an accompanying bathroom on the ground floor. The second floor consists of an en-suite unit with a large living room/bedroom, a full sized bed, a queen size bed, a full size cabinet bed, a TV and a fireplace. There is also a large remodeled bathroom with a shower and a soaking tub.
There is sleeping for 5 with own bed, and for up to 7 if guests are willing to share a bed.
There are plentiful parking spaces available on site. The house itself is surrounded by beautiful mountain views in all directions, and the lake and creek are close by and clearly visible. Whole house is available for the guests. Includes a fenced yard and front and back patios, hot tub (available beginning of May to end of October) outside kitchen and seating. Lots of parking and an EV charger level 2
During the summer months, the owner may be staying from time to time in a separate apartment adjacent to the rental house, while improvements are being made to the landscaping and garage interior. This will not affect the guests use or enjoyment of the property.
