Lovely room, tidy, clean, much bigger than pictures suggest. Really nice location, scenic views and pleasant drives. The house and gardens are beautiful; we didn't get a chance to use the pool and on-site amenities due to our busy schedule, but everything looked excellent. Would definitely recommend and return. Thanks to Jimmy, who has been welcoming and helpful, with good communication throughout.

We really enjoyed our stay with Jimmy and his family. We cannot say enough good things about the hospitality that was provided to us during our stay. 10/10 would recommend, and we are already planning our return visit.

The attic was cute but very hot. There was no trash can. Advertised as having a kitchen and a washer and dryer and neither thing neither of those things were good for us. You have your room space and then anything on the outside of the house. You donā€™t have any other space in the house Jimmy responded to me very often when I had a question for him, I would definitely give feedback and have

Jimmy was nice when messaged however the house itself was not well maintained. Before my stay, I was excited about the trip so I looked up the address. The house was bought only a few years ago in 2022 and the realtor video/photos made everything look amazing. I knew there could be changes since then but the VRBO listing photos were similar. By no means am I writing this to say this was a terrible experience because it wasnā€™t. However, I did feel that it was necessary to mention that for it only being 3 years, the upkeep is severely lacking (in my opinion). The property was beautiful from afar but when up close, it was disappointing. I asked in advance if the pool was heated (since our visit was mid-October) and was told it wasā€¦which was our reason to book this specific listing. I was disappointed to see from a paper in our room that the pool & hot tub was only open for a short period. Hot tub only being on/heated between 5-8. The jets did not work and made odd sounds. The weather was in the mid 70ā€™s but the pool temp was extremely cold and unbearable. The pool & hot tub were not filtered or chlorinated properly. I expected a little debris like leaves but the water as a whole was gross. There were missing tiles and other things that had not been kept up with. If youā€™re just looking for a room, the room itself was great but if youā€™re more interested in the 6 acres of outside property, itā€™s still quiet and peaceful but there will be things that need to be overlooked.

boats, fishing, swings, hammock, creek and bridge, and vast grounds to walk. Our closest neighbors are at least 300ā€™ away, thus plenty of unbothered privacy.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

We bought this property so our kids would enjoy the beauty of nature and not be cooked inside the house with electronic devices. It is our forever home.

But every time we had people over, the one comment they always made was ā€œwow! You guys donā€™t ever need to go on vacation. You have vacation right on your property.ā€

That got us thinking that why not share this with others. And thatā€™s how the short term rental idea was born.

The property is a 6 acre resort-like estate comprising of 3 ponds, 2 waterfalls, 2 gazebos, a pool and hot tub, 3 fire pits and fire table, row
boats, fishing, swings, hammock, creek and bridge, and vast grounds to walk. Come have romantic dinner by the pool gazebo, or the pond
gazebos. Play horse shoes, corn hole, go on a boat ride, play putt golf, throw football, soccer and.Volleyball (we have a net)
Sit by the fire pits and enjoy outdoor movies.
Picnic area/table, deck dining set for your outside dining.
Watch the occasional wild animals that grace us with their presence, including a bald eagle that occasionally flies by.

At night, make it a romantic evening by gazing at the stars in a vast dark sky, while sitting in your hot tub while enjoying some wine.
Walk the near by train track and enjoy Emmaus natural beauty.
