Have the retreat you have been looking for. Do you need to unwind, relax with a partner or reunite with family? If so, you will love Waterfront Haven. Enjoy this special piece of Nassau that is so close to the city, but so far away!

Waterfront Haven boasts 100 feet of Oceanfront. Our newly built home features truly relaxing accommodations. We have everything that will ensure you feel at home when cooking or lounging. This is the perfect spot for couples or families! Pull up a lounge chair and just lay in the ocean breeze. Take a nap, read a book, dive in! You can do anything at home! Our property is continuously maintained to ensure that you enjoy the best facilities we can offer. Take a break from a harsh winter or a bustling city here!

Step down beside our porch and enter the blue ocean. If this is not your swimming preference, refresh yourself in our pool or take a few steps east to a neighboring beach. Our property has gates in the front and back that ensure the privacy of you and your vehicle. We have adequate lighting outside for evening dinners or lounging as well. Want to fish or grill? Go for it!

Indulge in our brand new kitchen! We include appliances that make your stay convenient. There is lots of cupboard and pantry space! Our bedrooms each host new queen-sized beds and finishes that add to your comfort. Walk barefoot on our wooden floors and out to your private balcony to overlook the ocean. Shower in our conveniently located bathrooms on both floors. Linens and towels are provided as well as washing facilities. Traveling with kids? No problem, we have sand toys, board games, snorkel equipment, a high chair, Pack & Play, and even a kiddie bed to accommodate your children. Group breakfasts at the kitchen counter or dining tables are easily accommodated. Come alone, or bring your family!

Feel the ocean breeze through one of our three glass doors that open directly onto our back patio. The ocean washes right up against it. You are free to lounge, grill, dine or tan with all the space out here. Locked away at the back of the property it is perfectly safe for you and your family.

This is a one-of-a-kind property, there is absolutely nothing like it on the Island. If you are traveling to Nassau WATERFRONT HAVEN is a must !!

Our family of 6 adults loved our stay here. The property was just as described. We brought our own gear and snorkeled right off the back deck every day. As others mention, it’s away from downtown and restaurants, but we used Kirk to drive us where we wanted to go and he was hands down one of the highlights of our trip. Overall, a great option if you are looking for relaxing family time.

Waterfront Haven is exactly that! The patio was a great place to relax and enjoy your own private ocean front in a quiet area. Easy access to snorkel right in front of the villa. The outdoor shower by the pool was nice to rinse off after snorkeling. Breathtaking views through out the villa. Screened windows to enjoy a beautiful ocean breeze and listen to the waves. The breeze keeps the bugs away. Pool was well maintained. It was nice to have an umbrella for shade. Loungers and cushions are in very good condition to easily relax all day. Enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen to cook and eat in. Two grocery stores are close by. It was nice to have the water cooler for drinking and the owner supplied an extra jug. Plenty of space to relax and the beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive and nice to work with. She meets you at the house to hand off the remote to the gate, alarm and keys. Very secure property. She is close by if needed and takes care of you. When the coffee machine stopped working she went out and bought a new one the next day! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We already booked again for next year.

We loved this property so much! Beautiful home, clean, spacious design! Comfortable beds. Being right on the water was so nice! The host was wonderful! Great reviews were listed for Kirk the driver. Understatement, great does not sum him up, as he is the most kind, fun loving, wonderful guide we could have ever asked for! He felt like family by the end of our stay and we will miss him! We loved everything about this place!

First things first, our host, Tiffany, was absolutely incredible. She was very patient, had very clear instructions, and was very easy to contact. The house was unbelievable. Very spacious, very clean, and very safe! We will be back.

We had a great time here! Just a few mins (20) from the cruise port and downtown, but far enough away to have a nice slow island pace. Tiffany was a fantastic host that was always available. We loved everything about our trip to this paradise on the water. Our kids loved swimming in the ocean area out back and seeing the fish on the reef area. We also had a great time at Cabbage beach for 3 days which was just a short drive away.There is shopping nearby and its a short drive to any activity. 10 out of 10 we had a blast. Also the house having and alarm and security gates make you feel very safe with your family. We accidentally set the alarm off once and Tiffany was on the phone immediately to make sure everyone was ok. It was very comforting to know that we were safe and taken care of.

Beautiful property with lots of space for our large family! Loved the view and the access to the pristine blue water for snorkeling right off the deck! The pool was very refreshing as well. The host was available at all times and assisted with all questions.

Amazing Stay!

The property was clean and had everything we needed. The direct water access was used everyday. Our host tiffany was very responsive and security features made our stay safe! Definitely recommend staying here!

Truly a gem!

We honestly cannot say enough positive and wonderful things about both this property and its manager, Tiffany. We feel so fortunate to have found this amazing home in Nassau!Having stayed for the first half of our vacation in the Bahamas at Atlantis, our family was ready for some peace, quiet, privacy, and a chance to explore at our own pace. We were so grateful for Tiffany's willingness to help accommodate our travel to the home, and arrangements for us to have a (very reasonably priced) van for the week. The house is beautiful, clean and very safe, not to mention it is incredibly spacious and fully stocked with anything you might need. It is truly RIGHT ON THE WATER, and we literally snorkeled right off the back porch. Our kids loved the small pool, which happens to be quite deep and perfect for jumping in! The deck was ideal for quiet relaxation, a glass of wine, and just gazing at that incredible aquamarine water.Tiffany went the extra mile for us when our son thought he had left his souvenirs at the home. Fortunately, he had packed them away, but she and her housekeeping team searched high and low.Kirk, ("Captain Kirk"), who served as both a driver and tour guide was kind, trustworthy, and full of information. He works with Tiffany and is available to help with anything you might need.Without question, this remains one of the BEST vacation rentals we have ever stayed in, and when we return to the Bahamas, there is no question as to where we will stay.

Oceanfront Paradise with the Perfect Host!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful oceanfront home in Nassau! Waking up to the sound of the waves and being able to fish right from the patio was an unforgettable experience. The views were stunning, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect getaway. Tiffany, our host, was incredibly kind and responsive—she made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax by the sea!

Fantastic Stay at Nassau

Lots of space and comfortable beds. Great communication with owners, very responsive when making enquiries. Easy access to ocean for snorkeling, with a ladder and sandy stretch to get you in the water then onto to the reef and fish! The kids (9 &12) and the adults loved it! Small but deep pool for relaxing in, after the kids have tired themselves out....We did not rent a car but took advantage of having Kirk as our driver & guide. Close enough to Paradise Island, downtown Nassau and the Fish Fry!Kirk was always on time with a smile! Nothing is too trouble for him.

Great place!

We had a great week here! The weather was very windy so we did not get to enjoy the ocean as much as we wanted but the property was in a quiet and beautiful part of the island. The house is very spacious and had plenty of room for all of us. Tiffany was just so sweet

Bahamas goals

We had a group of 14 people ranging from 9 years old to 19, to 50’s and we were all happy!! Kitchen is pretty well stocked. And we discovered the closet which we named “Walmart” because we could find everything there, From extra floats to body soap and water shoes!! The rooms are perfect space, beds are comfortable and good pillows! Plenty of bathrooms we never had to wait for a shower!!The pool was perfect for the days the ocean was to wild. You most definitely need to use water shoes in the ocean. We rented 2 vans with Tiffany and they were the perfect cars to use while we were there. We also arranged for airport pickup, and Tiffany and Ivan did an amazing job getting us all home in one trip!! Tiffany was so great communicating with us. We’d definitely stay there again when we visit the Bahamas again!!

Beautiful view

The house is huge and the views are amazing. It is a little off the beaten path for convenience of getting places if you don’t have a car. The grocery store is a 20 minute walk each way. We pretty much didn’t see a reason to leave because we had everything we needed on the property. The snorkeling to the right of the house is amazing!! Bring your own gear because the house stuff is all broken.

Amazing

From the host to the house the whole experience was amazing, I would definitely recommend staying here. Being able to jump right off the back and snorkel in the water or just hang out and catch some sun privately was so nice. The area is very quiet and going to bed you can listen to the ocean as you fall asleep. Tiffany was amazing, she was more than helpful with anything needed, especially when our flight had to come in a day early. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful stay/wonderful location

We loved Tiffany's place! This was perfect for our 2 families - 7 people total. The kitchen/living room/dining area is huge! The bedrooms are so spacious and there are several bathrooms within the home. I wish the kitchen had been more stocked with wash clothes/towels and a few extra cooking items. The ocean view is gorgeous! The picnic table on the patio was in desperate need of repair which I wish had been completed especially with small children. Tiffany is excellent at communicating. Be prepared to contact her while on wifi at the airport in order to have her meet you at the home.

Amazing Home Away from Home

From the minute we arrived we felt welcomed by Tiffany. The house was perfect. There were 7 in our group adults and children. We all had our own space and never felt crowded. The view from this house was breathtaking. You could jump in the ocean right from the back deck. The pool was great for the kids. We felt very safe staying here. Thank you Tiffany for allowing us to use your beautiful place for our home away from home while we explored the Bahamas.

The house was amazing! It is larger than the pictures showed. The property owner was great, checked in after check-in and gave us great suggestions on restaurants and some excursions. You can swim safely in the ocean right off the pier in the back and the pool was super clean. Just a great experience! Planning another stay next year, 2026.

The BEST vacation ive ever taken

This home is beautiful and the ocean is your backyard. We spent most of our days soaking in the sun on the deck(s) and alternating between dips in the very private ocean and the pool.We cooked every night in the giant, well appointed kitchen and watched the sun rise and set from the deck. Truly the perfect vacation home. Cannot wait to go back! Tiffany was amazing, communicative and so kind. T The only bit of feedback i have is that it would have been great to have tables with umbrellas on the patio. It gets pretty hot out there in the sun.Thank you so much Tiffany!! We will absolutely be backaappointed

We chose this piece of the rock because it was close to our home and far away from the bustle of the inner city that we work in daily. We knew this would be something special.

What makes this house unique? We were excited about obtaining this little piece of heaven and quickly built on it as a second home for ourselves. We love the ocean breeze and and the tranquility of it all. We live very busy lives so just having this as a getaway available to us has been inspiring. Our favourite spot downstairs in the lounge with the doors open onto our patio! The breeze is wonderful. We also fish when we can! The ocean view is something we are excited to share with you! This home represents family togetherness and tranquility to us; we humbly extend this to you!
