The house:
The size of the property is 3.000 m2 with a living space of 250 m2. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen with two big refrigerators, a gas stove as well as a washing machine. In the garden there is a big, bricked churasco barbeque as well as counters for cooking. A shade-giving, covered terrace with a dining area and hooks to mount hammocks on surrounds the house. In the garden there is a pool (10m x 5m x 1,8m) along with beautiful plants and various fruit trees, such as mango, sirigurella, sapucci, coco verde, banana, cashew nuts, caja and more. A caretaker, who lives next door, manages the estate.

Location:
Casa do hans is located in pacheco, a charming, indigenous village along the northeast coast, with sandy ocean beaches only 400 meters away. The village, located 20 km west of fortaleza, has some 'churascerias' (traditional brazilian bbq restaurant) and a small grocery market. However, north shopping, a huge shopping mall close to fortaleza, is only a 20 minute ride away. In the neighboring town, icarai, which is a 10-minute drive away, you can find a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants and other shopping facilities. The laid-back beach village of combuco can be reached by car in approximately 20 minutes and fortaleza, one of the most vibrant cities in the region is also only a 20-minute drive away

Activities:
The area is famous for its superb kite-surfing conditions all year round, which is the main attraction for tourists. However, there are plenty of other activities for all ages, such as beach-buggy tours, horseback riding and sandboarding along the coastline and famous sand dunes of combuco, as well as various hiking trails through the mountain terrain and much more. Brazil is also famous for capoeira, a popular, rhythmical martial arts form that can be seen all over the country.
In addition, the city of fortaleza provides for plenty of shopping opportunities, beautiful handicraft markets and the famous beachpark fortaleza, one of the best waterparks in latin america. The action-packed ipark adventure-park, another favorite among tourists, is only 30 km away as well and definitly worth a trip. If you are a fishing enthusiast we highly recommend you to embark on a traditional, authentic jangada fishing boat for a 3-4 day excursion to the sea, to experience brazil's rich fishing culture first-hand.
For those who enjoy the nightlife there are a number of beachbars and venues in combuco and fortaleza. We recommend the famous pirata, a pirate-themed club/bar in fortaleza that regularly hosts spectacular events and live music.
