Nothing compares to the solitude and beauty of DeBordieu. We love sitting on the porch and enjoying the panoramic ocean view. There's always a breeze since we are so close to the water. You may be entertained by dolphins swimming up the coast, a lightning storm over the ocean, turtle hatchlings, or the beauty of changing colors in the sky.
Just a few steps away is a fabulous fresh water pool and cabana used only by the surrounding Villas.

Great Family Beach Get Away

The Villa was just what we were looking for! Our family was celebrating a recent engagement and we needed 3 nice bedrooms as close to the beach as possible. We were hoping for a nice size kitchen, eating area, good size living area, and porch. This Villa delivered on it all. There was a very large twin bedroom with a private bath on the first floor. Two other nice size bedrooms, one Queen and one twin beds, were upstairs that shared a hall bath. The kitchen accommodated multiple cooks, the dining room had a long table with a beautiful view of the ocean as did the living room. There was a screened porch off the living room with comfy outdoor furniture. Beach access couldn’t be better. The Villa had been renovated with new floors and was freshly painted. Both bathrooms had been updated and were very nice. Communication with the owner was excellent and every question was answered promptly. If you are looking for great beach views and a beautiful villa, you have found one. We will be back!

Best beach experience

Our family really enjoyed and appreciated the great location that let us be able to relax and enjoy the beach, pool, crabbing, fishing, wildlife, and beauty of the place without have to make it a big outing. Everything was so close we could give our older kids freedom and not plan ahead because the unit was very close with food and anything else we would need. The beach was beautiful and not crowded.

Our family had a wonderful week stay at this charming 3 bedroom villa. Our hosts, Hunter & Katie, were most accommodating and quickly responsive to any and all requests for information or assistance. The villa has been recently updated and was very comfortable for our small family group. The location is ideal, literally steps from the unit to the beach. We spent a lot of time on the porch admiring the view of the ocean/beach and enjoying the sea breeze. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and highly recommend this villa if you are considering a vacation in Debordieu.

Best vaca ever!

Kelly was the best! Responded promptly with any questions I had. Perfect location. I enjoyed the sunrise every morning from the back porch. Loved the proximity to the beach and pools. We had the best week ever. Thanks Kelly

Perfect touristy-free beach vacation

Excellent property with no tourist crowds! Steps away from a gorgeous beach! Owners were very responsive with great recommendations to local eats and activities. No need to ever leave the secure gated property.

Beautiful views and amazing location

Beach front indeed! There is a beautiful from every window and we loved having our coffee on the screened porch overlooking the beach. House is meticulously kept and the bathrooms are freshly renovated, clean and bright. The home is very well supplied and property manager is extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend. My husband, our three children and I will certainly stay here again!

After spending more than 30 years coming to our Villa, we've found that nothing else compares to the peacefulness and beauty of DeBordieu. DeBordieu's casual life style and natural surroundings provide a safe and welcoming environment for our family.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The beach is less than 100 feet out the front door, a completely unobstructed view of the ocean, and a pool around the corner... We also enjoy the Beach Club, tennis center and Pete Dye Golf course. There's always something calling us to do, but often just relaxing on the porch or letting the waves roll up to your toes on the beach in the late afternoon is perfect!
