Located in the Historic Earle St. district in downtown, you can walk to city center or catch the trolley. Wireless internet, Complimentary breakfast and concierge service make business travel easy! Laundry facility
on site! As one of the countries top 10 cities you have access to over 120 unique restaurants and over 100 retailers-including locally owned galleries and boutiques or national favorites. If biking is your thing, you are only 1 mile from the Swamp Rabbit trail. Rent a bike or bring your own! Free indoor bike storage on site. We can help with anything you need from recommendations to reservations. Owners are only 1 block away if you should need anything. Full kitchen, Newly updated and fully furnished. Self check in for easy travel. Dog friendly on a case by case basis. Pet fee is required upon booking.

Booked for Contractor from out of town

Rented this for an out-of-state contractor for my company. He said the accommodations were great. Also, Annette was very responsive. I would book this again.

Great place and great location for where we like to be in Greenville.

Easy process and communicative owner is alway nice. Well appointed unit. Everything we needed and more. Friendly neighbors, and beautiful neighborhood for walking my dog. We will be back.

Home Away From Home

Great condo in a great location. Easy to get to local restaurants and breweries or walk to Downtown Greenville. Condo has everything you need to live short or long term. Neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and neighbors are friendly. Owner was easily accessible and checked in with me on several occasions to make sure I have what I needed and enjoying my stay. I will rent this place again.

My daughters stay

My daughter Alli had a wonderful stay . She could not move in with her friends until November but accepted job in August. Owner was extremely thoughtful and proactive would highly recommend her to anyone.

Annette the owner was perfect. Immediate follow up to requests. Unit was supplied with all kitchen needs required. Neighborhood is historic and beautiful. We had absolutely no issues or complaints. Would definitely stay agai n if ever backinthe area.

My stay

No recliner couch very out of shape and uncomfortable very old furniture kitchen counter needed repair and closet doors didn't close properly. Surge protecters all over the place and seemed like a potential fire Hazzard. Neighbors were wonderful and Annette was great. Needs many upgrades.

A Month In Greenville

We spent a month exploring this lovely mid-size city. SO much to do! Museums, restaurants, hikes, zoo, theater, shopping, waterfalls nearby.....and the condo worked out just fine.

Perfect for our stay of five. Great location and Annette was awesome! I have used VRBO several times before, and have had good experiences, but never bothered to leave a review. Great little condo in a wonderful location.

I stayed in Annette's condo for three months while I considered whether to make Greenville my next home. The condo was perfect for me -- it had absolutely everything I needed for a long stay. In fact, it was probably the best stocked place I've ever stayed in. The location is great - pretty, quiet neighborhood, an easy walk to downtown, and the free weekend trolley stops close by. Annette was not the least bit intrusive, but available quickly when I had a question or concern. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to explore wonderful Greenville or the upstate. In fact, I liked it so much I bought a condo in the complex!

Middleton Place was very comfortable, well equipped and clean .

Annette, Thank you for a wonderful stay at Middleton Place. You thought of everything. We especially enjoyed the wine and English Muffins you left for us. I appreciate your help with my dental emergency. Your condo was clean and comfortable for a short or long term stay. The neighborhood is beautiful and it was easy to get to wherever we needed to be during our stay. I would highly recommend Middleton Place. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you. Great location, better for older kids and adults. Safe community.

The apartment was great, but small for 5 people for 5 weeks. There were definitely moments we wanted an extra bathroom. It’s perfect for a short stay, right by downtown Greenville, the residents are really friendly and it’s super safe. It’s a nice neighborhood for evening walks where everyone says hi. Annette was responsive when the ac unit flooded a few times. She had someone over quickly. It’s also easy to get to Paris mountain or head up to Asheville from here for a day trip. I’d recommend it for couples, weekend trips and kids 8+. Everything worked and nothing seemed super fragile. We appreciate that. Had a great stay and we’ll miss the neighbors.

CAVEAT EMPTOR

Did you miss the section about extra fees for pets? If you don't check everything for stains, loose curtain brackets, etc., your security deposit is probably forfeit as well.

This is true, if you try to sneak in 2 dogs without paying pet fees it will come out of your deposit. I always try to consider all of the circumstances, I have NEVER kept a deposit before. Things happen- but EVERYONE pays pet fees, you were not singled out. I am sorry if you didn't understand this. If you had communicated with me (any of the 4 times I emailed you ) that you were bringing dogs, I would have given you instructions. I would have also suggested that you look elsewhere for accommodations because I don't think the space is large enough for a GREAT DANE, 4 adults and a Shih-tzu. It was not the dogs fault that he tore down the curtains, there isn't much space for him. Additionally, it was your wife who told me he had stained the curtains. I did not try to make you pay for prior damage. I am sorry about your confusion but these are not normal wear and tear issues. The $150.00 I kept out of the deposit was not nearly enough to address the list of damages so I am paying the rest.

Perfect!

This was by far the best rental I have stayed in with the best host! The little touches and things she left for us were better than the service at most hotels. I truly felt like a guest. This will be my go to any time I am in Greenville!

Hi Emily, I am so sorry you had this problem. I wish you had called me immediately! I would have liked the opportunity to remedy the situation and also I would have liked to smell it. I have never had cats in there (knowingly) and the previous owner (of 12 years) did not have any pets. I am not sure what it was, perhaps something from another unit. I have been by multiple times and have smelled nothing. I have asked neighbors and friends to go in and they haven't smelled anything. I have asked the cleaning crew to notify me immediately if they notice anything unusual in the future. Again I am sorry for the problem, if you ever come back to Greenville please allow me to make it up to you with a discount. Sincerely, Annette

We bought Middleton Place 5 years ago as an investment and have enjoyed every moment of its continuous transformation. Renovated in April 2016, this 2 bed 1 bath condo in the Earle Street Historic District is minutes from everything! We purchased in this location because we live only one block away and LOVE the downtown area! We have lived in Asheville, Atlanta, Raleigh and Winston but Greenville is where our heart is.

Take a day trip to Asheville...a beautiful scenic 1 hour drive. Lake Keowee, Lake Hartwell and Lake Jocassee only 30-45 minutes away. Close to Clemson and Furman University.
