8BR Barndo Getaway On Acreage Near KC

Bring your large group to enjoy the great outdoors at our Barndominium! The barndo has 8BRs with the loft studio suite that will sleep up to 25! It has a gated entrance that offers privacy and security for our guests. Situated about 23 min from KCI, 7 min to Liberty, 25 min to Chiefs/Royals stadiums, & 30 min to downtown KC.

IMPORTANT policies to review BEFORE booking:

* Occupancy Limits: MAX of 25 people allowed on the property at any time (including outside guests).
* Prohibited: Unapproved events, wild parties, indoor smoking or vaping, large weddings (small private ones permitted), big tents, unauthorized guest pets, fireworks (except on approved holidays), ATVs or go-karts (golf carts are allowed), RVs or trailers.
* Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
* Pet Policy: Small-to-medium, house-broken dogs are welcome for an extra fee of $50 per dog.
* Check-In / Check-Out Flexibility: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability for an additional $15 per hour.
* Stay Details: Please inform us of the purpose of your visit prior to booking.
* Property Care: The booking guest is 100% responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning. All property equipment must remain at its assigned building.
*Damage Deposit: A $1,000 damage deposit is required that will be deducted 2 days before arrival and reimbursed 2 days after check-out following inspection of the property.
*Respecting Other Guests: You agree to respect the privacy and boundary of guests booked at the opposit property which begins at the red dumpster.

Fun activities on-site: pickleball court, cornhole boards, wiffle ball, tetherball, tree swings, a wagon, a tricycle, an assortment of sports balls and outdoor games, with more features continuously being added!

Accommodating up to 25 guests, the entire barndo features 8 bedrooms (including a loft studio suite), 4 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 2 distinct living areas. The ground level boasts an expansive gathering space (approx. 850 sq ft) equipped with a full kitchen, dining section, and a 70" Vizio smart TV. Guests also have access to a spacious parking area.

Private Entrance: Situated at the rear corner of the property, complete with dedicated parking.
Upper Deck: Located directly off the loft, offering scenic views and stairway access down to the yard.
In-Suite Laundry: Conveniently set up inside the loft's private bathroom.

Fenced Backyard: Fully enclosed outdoor area.
Fire Pit Area: Features plenty of seating and comes fully stocked with firewood, fire starter, paper, and roasting skewers.
