We appreciate your feedback regarding the washer and dryer, while our home does not included access to the laundry room, we do provide every-other-day cleaning service for stays of 4 nights or longer and housekeepers are available to do 1 or 2 loads of laundry for guests if requested through the concierge. As for the bugs, being in the heart of the jungle definitely brings us closer to nature, which can sometimes make it tricky to keep them out entirely. That said, we take it seriously and stay on top of it with regular fumigation and ongoing maintenance to seal up any gaps we find. As mentioned in our description, Villa Michelina is nestled in the heart of the jungle, which means the surrounding wildlife is part of the unique experience. Geckos are quite common in the indoor areas, as they tend to seek shelter in the cooler spaces of the villa. It’s all part of being in such a natural setting! Regarding the pool area, the iguana is indeed a regular visitor, and while it can be surprising, it’s just part of the wildlife in this tropical environment. We understand that it might not be to everyone's taste, and we appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us.
