This villa is perfectly situated in the heart of Manuel Antonio, just 5 minutes to the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica.

From here you can dominate the whole area as this is probably one of the highest house in Manuel Antonio. Relax in a hammock on your covered balcony and enjoy pleasant sunsets and Pacific Ocean views. Alternatively wake up to a cup of Costa Rican coffee and watch the sun coming over the Mountains. This unique villa has tropical almond floors throughout the house and is blessed with the best natural light and breeze. This home has a large master bedroom with AC and king size bed and 3 other bedrooms one with queen size beds, Ac , fans and a private balcony . 2 of the bedrooms are smaller. There are 3 balconies to dominate the views all accessible from the living area via quadruple French doors. Should you need 5 bedrooms in Total , we have a guest house which is just a staircase away from the pool area which can only be rented to the same guests using this villa.


Amenities: : We have a pool and a 1000 square foot deck and BBQ which appears to be the 'hang out area' as there is a perfect combination of sun and shade. We also have the possibility of a chef, so for a very competitive rate , enjoy dinner by the pool. Enjoy life as it is suppose to be.

1000 square foot deck ,32-in TV, DVD, Hammocks, outdoor furniture, AC, Fans, Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, cleaning service, Tel, safe, Parking area for 2 cars, Alarm.


Activities: : Canopy safari, diving, sunset sails and dolphin watch, surfing, sport fishing, and all the best activities in Costa Rica.


Area: : 3 km from the beach, 100 yards from the closest convenient store, within walking distance to 3 good restaurants, Internet cafes, drugstore and a great coffee shop. 3 km to downtown Quepos.

We are not Located in a Gated community but in a neighborhood with other rental villas. The area is safe but at night the street lighting is poor. We do not recommend this villa for groups who want to be in a resort or for families with very young children as the bedrooms are spread apart for privacy. Be aware we also have stairs which may not be ideal for certain guests.

Wonderful place to stay. The stairs can be a little scary with little ones, but otherwise it was a great location and we'd absolutely stay here again. Laundry service was a super nice to have and the pool really kept the kids entertained during down time.

Extremely clean and appreciative of the daily laundry service. Concierge service was very attentive to our needs. Bedroom layout of the house provided privacy for all. Highly recommend this rental.

Phenomenal. The villa was spacious, lovely, clean and in a good area, convenient and walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We were two couples and a single and everyone had their own kingdom and bathroom, though the place can easily handle more. It comes with a fantastic and knowledgable concierge who can put all your activities together for you. It was out first time in this lovely country and we couldn't have asked for a better introduction.

We loved the house! Lots of places for everyone to be, outside spots/porches were lovely. We liked being walking distance to town and not in a 100% tourist neighborhood. We read every single review and agreed with every specific plus and minus mentioned.Plus: location, space, Natalia response time and helpfulness, pool, outdoor spaces, views, wildlife (although not as surrounded by jungle as we expected), great temp control, kitchen well stocked, bus/restaurants/grocery/soccer field nearby, didn’t need a car.Considerations: difficult for elderly or young kids to navigate safely (steep stairs and entryway, open railings etc) neighborhood noise (minor), slippery floors, unreliable hot water in some showers, no indoor dining table, iguanas /jungle bugs.Overall fantastic experience, Natalia makes everything so easy! Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay! We were 2 families with 4 young children. During our 3 week trip, Casa Alta was our last stay in Costa Rica and it was exactly what we needed. We spent the first couple days hanging at the house, getting good use out of the pool area. The house is extremely spacious, clean and in a great, walk-able location with a beautiful view. Natalia, the house manager, and Tamara, the house keeper, were super friendly and courteous. Tamara came everyday we were there except for Sunday. Communication, check-in/out were easy. Hanging by the pool, we saw toucans, a squirrel monkey, many birds flying close by the house and you can hear howler monkeys. We also utilized the kitchen and grill. It was such an amazing house. We highly recommend Casa Alta!

This is one of the nicest rental properties we’ve ever stayed in. It is beautiful and well-maintained. Three of the bedrooms have their own, pretty secluded space and bathrooms. The fourth, which is by the kitchen and front door, is still perfectly nice and right next to the bathroom that serves the main floor. There are not a whole lot of sidewalks in town, but the property is well located with very nearby grocery store and restaurants you can walk to. It is in between Quepos and the entrance to Manuel Antonio Park - not very long to drive to either one. The property manager is very helpful. Excellent value for the money. Considering coming back to Manuel Antonio just so we can stay in this house for longer next time…

Perfect family villa

The villa was amazing. We loved cooling off in the pool. Natalia and Tamara were both fabulous. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Our stay at the villa met all our needs while staying in Manuel Antonio. Our 3 kids liked having their own bed and bath. we enjoyed the wildlife that surrounded and ability to walk to stores and restaurants. Natalia was great help in setting up tours that we had interest in, including transportation. We especially liked the private tour she set up for us with Henry through Green coast adventure tours!

This was a wonderful stay. The home is in a great location and has space for everyone. Beautiful views and close to a lot of good restaurants and grocery stores. The parking situation was hard for us because we had a large van, but we made it work and had a great time here.

Save yourself a search and book this house! We absolutely loved our stay here!! Four adults and four kids, the perfect amount of space. The house is clean, beautiful, and in a great location for the activities we had planned. Naty, the house manager, was extremely helpful. I had so many questions, sometimes at multiple times per day, and she answered everything promptly. She helped us book multiple activities, beach concierge, and gave great recommendations for restaurants. Also the housekeeper is amazing! It truly felt like a vacation!

Outstanding villa in a perfect location. Many good restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. A short distance from the main road and quiet. Everything was in good working order, and the photos are accurate. The concierge, Natalia, is responsive, pleasant, and able to connect you to the best excursions in the area. The public bus runs every 15 minutes from a stop one block away down the hill to the national park for under 1 USD. We are fortunate to have traveled the world, and this was one of the best lodging experiences anywhere.

Casa Alta was wonderful. Very conveniently located and easy to get around. Naty was wonderful to work with and helped coordinate all of our excursions and dining. She was a great resource anytime we needed anything. Would definitely recommend and stay again on our next visit. Thank you!

Beautiful Home

Loved the house. There was a few things I was disappointed in: Ants in the kitchen, only 1 toilet paper in bathroom & that one was already on the spool, 1 paper towel roll in kitchen & it was not clear that a washer & dryer was not available. That note was on the bottom of the list when on property amenities it was listed there. The maid was not available until the end of our trip so that didn't work for us for laundry service. However, beautiful house & close to manuel antonio park. Property manager very nice.

Awesome Property

We had an amazing stay at this property. Great location close to supermarkets, bars, cafes and restaurants. Definitely better to be outside Quepos and closer to Manuel Antonio. We had one very minor issue with the outdoor furniture but with the high quality of the property, I have no doubt this will have been addressed by the owner immediately. The Property Manager, Natalia, was extremely responsive and very helpful throughout our stay. We can't wait to go back

Great Stay

We loved our stay at the villa. I wish we had stayed here a few extra days instead of going to Jaco Beach. The villa is as described. We were a family of seven and had plenty of room and privacy. Natalia was there to welcome us on arrival. She arranged our Sunset Sails tour and our tour for the National Park. The maid service was excellent. Tamara also did laundry service. Communication was excellent. The pool was a nice treat. Shopping and dining all walkable. The house is a little confusing to find. It is on the right hand corner and could use a bigger sign to make it easier to find. Property is all well secured. We would definitely return! Thank you for a great stay! Pura Vida

Casa Alta 3 night stay

Place was beautiful and clean. Laundry service midway through was really great. Loved relaxing in the pool after a long, hot day. Natty was very nice and helpful.

Perfect for our needs

The property was perfect for our group of 8. Exceptionally clean house with plenty of space. The decks and views were great. My wife saw a monkey on the porch and we enjoyed the pool area every day. Natalia was a highlight of our trip. She helped with every step of our process and answered every question we had. I would book this home again just because she made us feel so welcome and made the process so easy. Thanks for the great week!!
