You will have access to the entire home.

Take in your surroundings as you walk through the door. You will be greeted with an open concept living, dining, and kitchen space. The main living room downstairs is spacious and welcoming, equipped with comfortable seating, perfect for gatherings. The upstairs loft living area features a pull-out sofa bed and a cozy setup for relaxation or extra sleeping space. Both living areas are equipped with a smart TV that includes access to the home's private HULU account. Step into the chef's kitchen, a culinary haven with a large range, wine fridge, countertop ice maker, and all the essentials needed to prepare a meal. There is plenty of seating available for your group at the dining table and island. The home features a highchair, booster seat, and tower for the little ones in your group.

When it is time to unwind, take your pick from one of the five bedrooms. Upstairs you will find the large primary bedroom with a king size bed, private balcony access, and a bank of windows that feature an ocean view. The spa-like bathroom includes a large vanity and an oversized shower offering a rejuvenating experience.. The second bedroom features a queen size bed while the remaining upstairs bedroom is an elegant bunk room featuring four twin bunk beds. The shared upstairs bathroom boasts a unique showering feature with two separate shower stalls that contain a small dressing area, allowing two guests to shower at the same time. The home is also equipped with a pack-and-play. Downstairs you will find two bedrooms, the first featuring a queen size bed and the second featuring two twin beds. The downstairs bathroom features a tub.

You are sure to love the brand new pool / hot tub at the property. The pool can be heated, so you can enjoy year-round outdoor entertainment. No matter if you want to have a swim, or a relaxing soak in the bubbly hot tub, the pool offers something for everyone.

Your group will not lack in outdoor seating areas. The home boasts three decks with outdoor seating and ground level seating as well. Gather around the seating areas and enjoy a BBQ from the gas grill or the Traeger pellet grill (available upon request). You will also find an outdoor shower on the ground level, perfect for rinsing off after your beach day.

Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be asked to purchase a damage waiver via third party provider Truvi, which will protect you in case of accidental damage during your stay.
