Parking:
Parking is available in the downstairs garage, though spaces are limited and can be difficult to secure during peak times and weekends. Two parking garages are available, with rates at $4 per hour or $30 for 24 hours (subject to change). Parking is on a first come, first served basis, with no in and out privileges. As this is a public lot, availability may be limited. Street parking is also available for a fee, though it can be some distance away. Given the central location of the unit, a car may not be necessary as most amenities are within close proximity.
Pet-Friendly Policy:
Our pet-friendly home welcomes your furry companion, with a maximum limit of one pet per reservation. A $75 pet fee applies, and we kindly request that dogs weigh 45 lbs or less. Cats are also welcomed. In the event that our cleaning team identifies any pet-related evidence in the unit, a $150 pet fee will be assessed for the additional preparation required. Failure to comply and bringing a pet without paying the fee will result in a charge of $150 for the pet fee and a $100 penalty fee. Please note that pets must be on a leash or in a carrier in public areas at all times, and they cannot be left alone in the unit at any time.
