The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed across three luxurious bedrooms. The upper-level primary suite features a sumptuous king bed with custom lighting and thoughtfully placed outlets, an electric fireplace for ambiance, a 55" Smart TV, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower. The second master suite mirrors this luxury with its own king bed, electric fireplace, 55" Smart TV, and an ensuite featuring a relaxing soaking tub. On the lower level, families will love the third bedroom with its queen-over-queen bunk bed, private bathroom, and a fun rock climbing wall for the kids (under adult supervision, of course). All bathrooms boast modern floating vanities, anti-fog mirrors, and premium toiletries.

Each deck offers a unique experience: unwind in the private swim spa on the lower deck, enjoy meals at the firepit dining table on the main deck, or gather around the cozy fire pit seating on the upper deck. The egg chair swing provides the perfect perch for taking in the magnificent mountain views, whether you're savoring your morning coffee at sunrise or stargazing in the evening.

Families will find everything they need for a comfortable stay, including a pack 'n play, highchair, baby bathtub, and kid-friendly dinnerware. During the summer months (Memorial Day to Labor Day), guests enjoy access to three clubhouses featuring pools, fitness centers, tennis courts, and pickleball courts.

The chalet's prime location on Ski Mountain, just 2 miles from Ober Gatlinburg, makes it the perfect winter sports base camp. From mid-November to mid-January, the chalet transforms into a magical holiday retreat with festive decorations throughout. Modern conveniences include free parking for three vehicles and an exclusive EV charging station for our guests.

Guest access:
You have exclusive access to the entire cabin, with no need for a key or resort check-in.

Additionally, as our guest, you have access to 3 clubhouses (Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day) with outdoor pools, pickle ball court, tennis court, a fitness center, and other recreational facilities of the Chalet Village Owners Club. While normal hours are 9 am-9 pm, they may vary based on weather and attendance. You will find a pass on the fireplace mantle in the living room. There is a $50 per card replacement fee if the pass is lost, stolen, or revoked. Please put the card back on the fireplace mantle after use. All of the clubhouses offer free wifi access, changing rooms, and showers (bring your towels). Some have meeting/event/banquet rooms for rent. The three clubhouses are North Clubhouse, Upper Alpine Clubhouse, and South Baden Clubhouse.

The location of the clubhouse is as below: -
1. North Clubhouse - 705 Village Loop Road, Gatlinburg (Pool hours are 9:00 am – 9:00 pm. This facility is closed Wednesdays for maintenance.)
2. Upper Alpine Clubhouse - 1151 Upper Alpine Road, Gatlinburg (This facility is closed for maintenance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.)
3. South Baden Clubhouse - 1319 South Baden Drive (This facility is closed on Tuesdays for maintenance.)

Other things to note:
✹ We do not offer late checkout or early check-in. If, by chance, we can accommodate, there may be a $50 charge per hour per request.

✹ The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

✹ Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the cabin. Please book for the correct number of people in your group.

✹ Under no circumstances can we have guests throwing wild parties. Our resort is constantly monitored. Guests will be asked to leave with absolutely no refund.

✹ No pet under any circumstances. Guests will be asked to leave with absolutely no refund.

✹ No smoking or drug of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.

✹ Garbage must be in the bag and inside the trash can.

✹ Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
