15th Century Old Town 2 Bedroom Apartment sleeps 5

The Best location in Dubrovnik and our building is street level. We are right in the heart of the Old Town, just a few steps away from most important monuments; churches, the main street Stradun, the old harbour, the market square, restaurants and so much more.

Dates from the 15th century, original charm and detail maintained with this renovated suite - lots of bright light but nice cool air conditioning in each room with separate controls.

Old Town Dubrovnik is a walking town, no cars allowed. We do have a nightclub on our street called MILK. Some guests find it loud between 10 PM and 2 AM.

Fantastic location and a comfortable, spacious apartment. Suited our needs The host was quick to deal with the wifi when it wasn’t working so everything was fine. One bathroom shower leaked but I am sure that would be fixed before the next person arrived

Nadia’s apartment had everything we needed. Spacious, air conditioned, kitchen, laundry, and wifi. We were also able to arrive before check-in and drop off our luggage. Great hospitality!

Great location!

Wonderful stay in Dubrovnik at this flat! Great location central to everything. Large bedrooms with comfy beds! Kitchen is big and well appointed. Had a few issues with keys but the host was very responsive. Overall excellent stay!

The property was well situated in the heart of Dubrovnik. A little tricky to find, but stay with the directions and you will find it. It was comfortable and a great location.

Convenient and comfortable

We really enjoyed having the room to spread out a bit from each other with two bedrooms and two baths as well as a living area. Views out the windows were fun and the location, right in the heart of old Dubrovnik, was great.

Quirky and convenient

Great apartment. It is next to a disco, the music was loud, but we slept fine. The beds comfy, kitchen well stocked, couch/sitting area comfortable as well. Nice respite in the center of all the activity. The apartment was clean, but the bathroom showers could use a little love. Would stay again for location and friendliness of contact person. Overall a good apartment

Spaciousness in the heart of old town

Large rooms, very homey. Location can't be beat. Not real views, but light if you want it. It is next to a club that operates til 2 am, but it is several floors down and the music isn't too loud, at least with windows shut and a/c on. Very responsive host.

Wondeful location, host very helpful

Great apartment, right in the middle of the old town. At the end of a dead end lane so very quiet. Nadia was very helpful with excellent communication and went out of her way to help us. Old building, apartment very large and easily fit our family of 5. Would happily recommend.

Very clean and spacious. Great quite locations. 3 floors of stairs, no lift

We really loved this place. The owners mother met us there and she was very sweet and friendly with tons of helpful information. The dryer does not work so we had lots of clothing handing in the main bead room. I hope they get that dryer fixed soon!

Just what we wanted

The location of the property couldn't be better, right in the middle of Old Town. The apartment is basic, but very clean and comfortable. The landlord was very good in working with us about check in and check out times. Be aware that it is a very old building so there are a few things to consider. You have to walk up three flights of old stairs with your luggage. To get from the main bedroom to the kitchen/living area you have to walk through the outside hall or the smaller bedroom. All in all, a good place to stay.

Lovely apartment in great spot

Beautiful apartment right in the Old City - very fun being located right off of the main street ("Stradun") immediately among all of the cafes, restaurants and shops. It has lots of space (especially convenient if you're traveling with lots of luggage), and so many amenities - great little kitchen and fridge and really nice to have the two bathrooms. At night it is fairly calm and undisturbed since it is at the end of a dead end street. There is a bar+club in the same street but the music was not an issue, it's still very quiet and we had no issues falling asleep. Hosts were very helpful and communicative, and easy check-in/out. Highly recommended and would absolutely book again.

Good Location, Disappointing Apartment.

The apartment is very centrally located and everywhere is an easy, flat, walk away. However, the apartment itself needs some repairs and updating. Also, the kitchen and bathroom areas needed to be properly cleaned. We were met by the owner’s mother who is lovely and couldn’t be more helpful but we expected a better standard for the price and will not be staying here again.

excellent location

Excellent location, excellent responsiveness from owner. We had a hard time getting the unit warm during our Dec 2023 stay and it took a good 12 hrs to warm up the master bedroom. Once warm it stayed warm. Cleaners had left a window open which is why it was cold upon arrival. Internet did not work upon arrival but we contacted the owner and she immediately scheduled service and issue was resolved within the day. Washing machine was wonderful to have in the apartment but dryer did not work - upon reviewing the listing I believe it was disclosed in the listing so we did not ask any questions or request repair. Overall Great stay. Would recommend.

Impossible to sleep

I'm baffled by the online description 'on a quiet street' and amazed that none of the reviews mention the nightclub right next door! It blasted out music until 2am making it impossible to sleep until the early hours. Then there was glass bottle collection and deliveries at 3.30 and 5.30. As a result we spent the morning catching up on sleep and barely emerged before lunchtime, missing half the sun and compromising what we could do with our day. We spent the week wondering what we had missed in the online representation and how we had got it so wrong...

Nadia was an outstanding host and the apartment was great for our family of 3 children. The location was central to everything, that flat was in great condition and just as described, and Nadia was awesome about communications. We would highly recommend.

This is the best location if you want to be in the Old Town which is a lovely walking town (no cars) Bright and Airy, tastefully renovated and you just walk out the door and into the streets of Dubrovnik and become part of the culture.

Great location, on a central but closed street so limited pedestrian traffic. Grocer, fresh market, deli and all shopping steps from the building.
