DETAILED INFORMATION

***Please NO parties or smoking of ANY kind inside or outside our home. No speakers outside the house in front or back yard at any time. Quiet hours outside (in backyard and courtyard) between 9pm and 9am. Max 15 guests including children (excluding infants under 1 year)

***Baby Gear: We have a pack n play and a high chair available for guest use : )

***Garage: our garage (game room + theatre) currently has 1 window AC and 1 ceiling fan installed. They won’t be able to bring the temperature down enough for it to feel like an air conditioned room but can usually bring the temperature down to 75-85 degrees in the summer (when it’s 100+ outside). The converted garage is insulated so that helps as well. And at night, even in the summer, the desert cools down significantly so the room should feel much better then :)

***Parking: to be courteous to our neighbors, please be respectful/quiet when parking and unloading. Please park at the very end of our driveway behind the garage on the PAVED portion as much as possible. If not all cars fit there, you can park on our gravel driveway but please try to fit your cars behind the garage parking area.

***Pool Heating: In colder months (usually September/October through April, we can heat the pool. The pool heat fee is $75/day to heat to 80 degrees. Must be either heated or not heated for entire duration of your trip. Cannot pick and choose dates, as our heater needs time in advance to heat up before your trip).

***Pet Policy: Only dogs over 2 years old and under 35lbs allowed. Max 2 dogs. Must be potty-trained, crate-trained, and crated at night and when home alone. Non-refundable $150 pet fee. Please reach out to us hosts after booking to process the $150 pet fee -- it is not automatically included in the booking. We do have 2 built-in crates in the home for your use, but please clean up the crate beds after usage. Please clean up after your pet in the yard. We will charge extra if our cleaner has to pick up after your pet. Thank you for being courteous!

***Our outdoor propane fire pit and BBQ grill uses propane tanks. Guests who would like to use these are responsible for refilling the tank if empty upon arrival. Most of the time the tank will have propane inside for your use, but if empty, you can take this tank and exchange it at most local gas stations/pharmacies/grocery stores/hardware stores for roughly $25. After your stay the tank must stay on property, so any additional remaining propane is left for the next guests.

***Safety devices: we do have a noise decibel monitor device in the back patio area to prevent excessive noise that may disturb our neighbors. We also have a Ring doorbell camera at the front exterior entrance.
