Emerald Cove is a perfect lakefront retreat for families.  It has a fenced yard and a gentle slope to the water's edge with a great swimming area.  Three levels of decks give you great views of the lake along with plenty of space to relax and enjoy your time away from home.

NOTE - The rate is based on an occupancy of 6 guests.  Additional guests are $20 per person/night. (Enter the total number of guests and your quote will reflect correct total price).  Maximum of 10 guests.

Guest Access:

Come inside this home on the main level into the dining, living and open kitchen. In the dining area there is a rustic farm table with chairs and bench.  The living room has a gas fireplace and Smart TV with DVD player. The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher.  Additionally, it has a toaster oven, coffee maker and 4 slice toaster which adds to your convenience and meal prep. There is a pantry cabinet with pull out drawers.  



Also on the main level is a bedroom with patio door to the deck and a king size bed.  This bedroom shares a full bath complete with jetted tub with shower. this bath is shared with the main level living space.  



Upstairs is a full bed in an area at the top of the stairs just outside a large suite which has a king size bed and a twin with trundle.  The bath in this suite has his & her vanity and large walk-in shower.  There is also a balcony deck off this bedroom with a real eagle eye view.



Downstairs in the lower walkout level is the game room, family room and bunk room.  The combination game & family room has a pool table with plenty of seating and access to the lower level deck via patio slider.  Enjoy a Smart TV with DVD player on the family room side.  The bunk room has a full over full bunk bed and also a patio slider to the deck.  On this lower level is a full bath with large walk in shower as well as a laundry room with washer & dryer.  There are stairs off this lower level deck into the fenced yard.  From this yard is gate and an easy walk to the water's edge and a shallow swimming area.



The Neighborhood:

The house is surrounded by outdoor fun and lake access. Every season is magical on the lake. Spring is beautiful, with its dogwood and redbud trees in full bloom.  Summer provides incredible weather for boating, fishing, and sunbathing. Fall brings colors that provide an amazing backdrop for the cabin! You can cuddle up to the fireplace and watch the many eagles that call Beaver Lake home in the winter.



NOTE - This vacation house is not conducive for gatherings for weddings or celebrations. It has very limited parking. Additionally, its proximity to other vacation rentals makes it unsuitable for events where guests come and go. This house should only be considered for family vacations. Events Not Allowed.



Getting Around:

As with all Vacation Rental Properties, Guests acknowledge that activity on the Property carries with it the potential for injury due to unfamiliar terrain and layout.  The topography in the area has frequent changes in elevation requiring steps and walkways that conform to the landscape, therefore, please use caution and familiarize yourself with all areas of the property.  We keep the property maintained, although, all liability is waived, and you are accepting the property with no assurances.  Emergencies are very rare, yet it is smart to be prepared for inclement weather, natural disaster, or injury when traveling.



Above all, have a great stay.  We love our first-time guests, as well as our repeaters, and want you all to have a wonderful time during your stay.

There is wifi, streaming services available on the Roku interface (with your own account)



Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property.  It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster.  Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas.  Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation, or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement.  Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video).  Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation without notifying Hosted Journey will result in an automatic charge of the additional guest fee up to the maximum occupancy of the Property.  If you have exceeded the maximum occupancy allowed at the Property, Hosted Journey will charge $95 per each guest over the maximum occupancy per night.  Intentional deception of the occupancy during your stay will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund.



Travel Tip - Midweek rates are lower than weekend rates - try adjusting your travel dates to view the best rates.



Interaction with Guests:

You will receive the lock box code on the morning of your arrival day. There is limited phone service in the area, we recommend taking photos of your arrival information to have access to the information upon your arrival.
