Come enjoy this beautiful two level lakefront 3 bedrooms, 2 bath home. The house has a very private setting with lots of deer for your enjoyment.

There are 2 huge Decks with comfortable patio furniture and an upscale propane grill (propane is included). Plenty of space for a group to spread out and relax. It has a short easy walk to the water, a great shoreline for fishing and a wonderful Lake view.

This home is located in Lost Bridge Village on all paved roads and has a paved circular drive and extra trailer parking.

Main level has an open floor plan with large flat screen TV with internet TV, Kitchen, Dining Area, Master Bedroom and Bathroom.

Lower Level has a spacious Family Room with internet TV.
2nd and 3rd bedrooms, full bath and laundry facilities. There are 2 sets of Bunk Beds in the Family Room for extra sleeping space.

3rd Bedroom: QUEEN bed
2 sets of Bunk Beds - Double mattress on bottom, Twin on top

The Lost Bridge Village Recreation Center has a lakefront Community Swimming Pool open from Memorial Day till Labor Day. There is a charge of $5 per person per day. There is also a free playground for the kids, pickleball court, basketball court, and a lakefront picnic area with grills.

Lost Bridge Village sprawls over several areas around Beaver Lake including Whitney Mountain, which is the highest point over Beaver Lake. No fireworks allowed.

The lake community is very quiet and mostly wooded with lots of wildlife and beautiful scenery. Most roads are paved. No hunting is allowed. There are full time and part time residents that appreciate you respecting the covenants and their privacy during your stay.

Located minutes from Lost Bridge North Marina. Boat Launches are available at Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, Off Black Oak Drive in Lost Bridge Village or at the Ventris Boat Launch. There are walking trails at Lost Bridge North Park at 12485 Marina Road in Garfield.

Home is located about 30 minutes from (half-way between) Rogers
and Eureka Springs. Both places offer an exceptional experience of great food options, entertainment, and shopping

Wonderful!!

We had wonderful family time staying in this lovely lakehouse! Comfortable beds and space overall, room to spread out. Kitchen well stocked. Easy access to lake and private cove. We are already planning our stay for next year.

Perfect location for getting into the lake. Short walk from the back deck to the water. We were able to park the boat in the driveway and the boat ramp is close by. Plenty of room and clean. We spent more time on the deck than in the house.

Great family vacation

We have stayed at this same home 4 times. The house accommodates our family well and the quiet cove is great for tying up our large quantity of rafts, anchoring them together for a day of relaxing in the sun. We also bring our kayaks and the cove and multiple coves around allow for a great time kayaking along the shoreline! We have stopped looking for other properties to stay at Beaver Lake and come back to this same place… we think of it as our home away from home for summer vacations when wanting a lake trip!

Summer trip

We have had a good time with our stay in the past and booked this house again. House is just right for our family. Great cove to swim, neighborhood is quiet. Property manager is very quick to answer questions or if any issues occur. We will be back.

Great Vacation Home

This year was our 3rd year to stay at this vacation rental. The layout of the house is great for a lake home - I enjoy seeing the water from the kitchen, dining and living room! The cove is a big draw for us to keep returning. All 3 years we have mostly had the cove to ourselves - it's great to take all our inflatable rafts to the water, tie them together and anchor them day for the day - we enjoy just hanging out, relaxing on a floatie, swimming, tossing a ball around, fishing and this year we brought our kayaks. The bottom deck is a great place to store the floaties and kayaks overnight, then repeat the process the next day. We have looked for other vacation rentals at Beaver Lake but we keep returning to 'Sparkys'; it truly meets all our relaxing, lake vacation needs (wants)!! I highly recommend staying here!

A Wonderful Birthday Weekend

My group and I had an absolutely lovely stay at this property! It was exactly as described with plenty of room and amenities to keep us all comfortable for the long weekend. The view from the enormous decks is amazing, and the walk to the shore is short and quite manageable. It is a rocky shoreline, so bring good water shoes, but it’s a lovely, quiet cove for swimming. The management team was friendly and responsive. They communicated clearly, and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. We had one random maintenance issue crop up during our stay (nothing anyone could have predicted) and they responded immediately and professionally. Cannot recommend this property and team enough!

Beaver Lake 2022

Our family stays at Beaver lake once a year. This is the first year we stayed at this location. The house was very clean with a short walk to the lake. Everyone was happy and did not want to go home. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Dated but good communication

This property had a great layout and a quiet location on the lake but had a lot of “quirks” that I’d consider shortcomings. Several burners on the stove didn’t work or heat fully, the property manager said to jiggle them that the connectors got loose when the stove was cleaned but for a rental property it’s problematic that the stove doesn’t work consistently. Also, jiggling them didn’t totally fix the problem. There were signs everywhere with instructions, such as “don’t move mirrow, leg is broken.” Why do you have a broken piece of furniture in a rental? Most bedding and towels were very dated and not in good shape. This seems to be the owners choice, and I could not fault property manager as they were 5 star in dealing with a couple other one-off things that were broken when we arrived—fast response and very professional and courteous. Overall it’s lower priced rate made some quirks easier to stomach but we wouldn’t stay there again.

Retreat by the Lake

We loved being close to the lake - walking down there with our floats, fishing poles, etc. Very nice house!

Bittersweet

The property was great except for the lack of a functioning air conditioner. It’s something that was known to be not working properly because they included the defect in the instructions for the house which we discovered after we arrived. And I guess the property management does not answer text messages. We were lucky it was not extremely warm outside. Otherwise the property is great just make sure that the air conditioner is working before you rent the property during the summer months.

This lake house is a wonderful place to relax and recharge!

This house was cozy and very clean. The two story balcony was really nice. We want to return in the summer when we can take advantage of all the lake activities. The kitchen was well equipped but could use some Tupperware for leftovers. An Alexa would also be awesome! The two things that were missing for us we’re a fire pit and a hot tub. Also an assortment of puzzles and board games would be nice. Overall, it was clean, warm and cozy!

Holiday away

Great Lake/mountain adventure for sisters and spouses. Property is conveniently located between eureka springs and bentonville. Lake access and view is awesome. House is large and functional but could use some updated features. I would recommend the house for any family gathering.

Great time!!

Plenty of room for those who stay and those who come to visit. The home is dated (like carpet in bathrooms and poor lighting in downstairs living area) but all items are in working condition. There is live TV and internet TV if you subscribe to things like Hulu, Netflix, Roku or sling. Takes 3 remotes to control it. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. No storage containers for leftovers or baking pans. Had to buy pans to bake a cake. No mixer available. A hand mixer would help or bring one. The walk to the lake is a little incline coming back and a little uneven but not difficult The shoreline is beautiful. Easy to launch kayaks that we brought. Bring your own games. You’re not right next to anyone and lots of quite and calm time. There is no closet in the master bedroom because it is locked from the home owners. There is a laundry area which is nice. We didn’t need it but great to have. Checkin and checkout is very efficient. We would stay again because of the atmosphere , clean property and plenty of room.

Great Property

Have stayed in the same cove once before. We really enjoyed the how quiet the cove was and how convenient it was to boat in/out. Perfect location right across from the Lost Bridge boat ramp. Can't wait to come back.

Wonderful!

Very clean, well equipped with everything we could possibly need, easy lake access. We had more than enough room for 10 people and enjoyed a wonderful time. I can't think of a thing to complain about except that it wasn't stated up front that there is an extra charge for more than 6 people even though the max occupancy is stated as 10. So the rate shown is misleading if you have more than 6 people.

Was perfect for our family. Was very private. Being on a cove was nice as our grandchildren could swim and kayak without having to worry about a lot of boat traffic. The house had plenty of room for all of us and we had everything we needed.
