This is with a couple of exceptions a total fabrication. Tamlyn checked in early so the steps were not shoveled as they would have been had she not asked for an early check in. She called just after she checked in early to say there was no soap left, no coffee filters, the fireplace would not light and that she would like complimentary shampoo, etc. Checking with housekeeping they said that they left pump bottles of liquid soap plus the normal soap bars. They had left liquid dishwashing soap but had not put out the tabs for the dishwasher. Someone went to the house immediately with the items she requested plus the dishwasher tabs that she had not mentioned. The only thing that could not be remedied was the fireplace as the ignightor was not working. When she left on the date of departure she sent an email detailing the items about the house. That was the first time anyone had heard of these problems. It is not true that the pot/pans were filthy, they are fairly new Cuisanart 3 ply stainless and clean. The dishwasher works fine as the dishes she put in it are clean and dry. The hot water works fine in the upstairs in both the sink and bath tub. Tamlyn stated that she lives about 30 minutes away. I will gladly walk through the house with her should she want to come up to Beech before it is cleaned. I have no idea why she would fabricate these items but she did. Other than snow on the steps and the fireplace the rest is a figment of her imagination.
