This apartment was super cute, and actually felt very safe! The parking garage had plenty of open spots which I was a little worried about beforehand since it’s first come first serve, but probably half of the spaces we’re open for the entire weekend. Amenities were also very nice especially up on the fifth floor! Overall great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The pictures were very accurate of the property. Our communication with the host was very good. It's a really good location to some coffee shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this property.

This was our 2nd visit to Nashville and we really enjoyed the location. The condo was exactly as described and very clean. The kitchen had everything you would need. The pool was tended to everyday and was clean and refreshing. You can walk to The Gulch, Broadway, Vanderbilt and many great restaurants. (Would recommend Sadie’s) The attention to detail from condo decor to itinerary suggestions was greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend a stay!

I’ve stayed at a few VRBOs and this was definitely one of the cleanest/sanitized stays I’ve had in a long time. I had an issue with not having the code to get into the building and room but the host was responsive and apologetic. Aside from that, great stay really close to everything and in a fairly quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend & Will book again if I’m in town.

Heart of music row, next door to the Well coffeehouse and 1/2 mile to Vanderbilt! Clean and comfortable! Walkable to almost anywhere!

Our family of 5 enjoyed this modern condo on Music Row for a night passing through Nashville on our way home from the Great Smoky Mountains. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the layout maximized the space. I appreciated the sound machines in each room to help sleep. We didn’t even notice the shared wall with the elevator. Our kids enjoyed the pool, as well as the pool table on the rooftop community space. Broadway was a short drive from the condo, where we enjoyed dinner and live music at the Assembly Food Hall. Communication with the owner was a breeze, and we appreciated being able to check in early. It was a little on the pricier side compared to our other stops (and the most expensive per square foot), but perhaps that is the price you pay for a cool location in a brand new building. The coffee shop a couple doors down is great!

Very clean and convenient

We stayed here while visiting Belmont University with our son. It was incredibly clean and comfortable! It was located on Music row which we loved for the unassuming production studios in quaint homes and a quiet street. It was convenient to Broadway with a walk or short Uber ride. We would definitely stay here again!

Immaculate!

We loved this immaculate and quiet little apartment that is located in the most perfect spot of Nashville. We were within walking distance of delicious coffee and excellent food. We will definitely return!

Beautiful property in a great location

Great communication with clear instructions. The property was exactly as described and shown in pictures. Beautiful, clean, and new. Great location in Music Row and blocks away from Vanderbilt, amazing live music venues, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great Condo!

We had a great stay. Condo was clean, bed was comfortable.Condo is walkable to Broadway, Vanderbilt and the Parthenon. Be prepared to walk 20-40 minutes depending on where you are going. Was a good way to get in some extra steps to offset the extra food and drink. :)Would definitely stay here again.

Nashville Gather

My 3 sons and I all flew into Nashville from different states and stayed at this wonderful place! The condo is new, bright, clean and spacious. The check-in and check-out process was simple. All communication was quick and extremely friendly. Parking at the condo was terrific and safe but parking in Nashville is quite the challenge. Location in Music Row is perfect to all sites, shopping and eateries. If we were to come again to Nashville this is the only place we would choose!

Limited noisyness

I enjoyed the stay. But when folks were at the pool all the sounds came into the condo. It never happened after hours and was only occasional. The rules about running the washing machine and dishwasher do not cobsider the energy costs of running full loads and the use of minimal loads.

The room was immaculate and decorated perfect! We had ample supplies and everything was fully stocked! Communication with the host was great! The bunk room was a little smaller than we thought but was perfect for two teenage boys. The main room bed is comfortable and although there are blackout shades the light coming through the room at night is very bright from the stairwell and the pool. You are right above the pool so you will hear any noise of people enjoying this amenity. We ended up checking out early due to the noise of the neighbors upstairs. The floors are thin so you hear every footstep of the people above you. They luckily had sound machines in every room including the living room. If you are there to mainly enjoy the convenient location, walkable restaurants and the fun of Nashville it’s perfect. It was a quiet neighborhood outside of the condo.

We're sorry the upstairs neighbors were noisier than usual during your stay. While that's not a common experience, we're glad the sound machines in each room helped. We were surprised how nice the condo was. It was very clean and organized. The beds were super comfortable. The condo was quiet at night for uninterrupted sleep. Since it was our first time in Nashville and we only had one evening, we wanted to make it count. The condo was within walking distance of the events/locations we wanted to visit. Parking was not an issue in the attached indoor parking. The lap pool looked nice, but we did not have time to swim. The hostess communicated with us in a timely manner and she provided recommendations. We really appreciated that. Overall, we highly recommend this condo.
