Imagine waking up near the ocean, enjoying your morning coffee in a beautiful coastal home, spending the day walking along the beach, and returning home to rinse off the sand in a warm outdoor shower before gathering everyone together for dinner.

Welcome to our spacious 7-bedroom, 4-bathroom Beach Home, comfortably accommodating up to 18 guests. Designed with families, friends, and larger groups in mind, the home gives everyone the opportunity to be together while still having plenty of space to relax and enjoy their own time.

Best of all, the beach is just 70 steps from the house.

Our home is located on a quiet, one-way beach sand road atop a high beach dune, with very little traffic. It is a peaceful setting that feels removed from the hustle and bustle while still being within easy reach of everything you may need during your stay.

A Home Designed for Togetherness

One of the things that makes our home special is its unique two-level design.

The property includes a private 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom upstairs villa and a private 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom downstairs villa. When rented together, they become one spacious 7-bedroom, 4-bathroom home.

This arrangement was created from our own desire to have a place where family members of different ages could enjoy a vacation together without everyone having to share the same living space all the time.

The two areas allow couples, families, or groups to have their own bedrooms, living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry facilities while remaining together under one roof.

It is an especially comfortable arrangement for large families, multi-family vacations, family reunions, wedding groups, church retreats, corporate retreats, and special celebrations.

With room for up to 18 guests, there is space to gather together, spread out, relax, and enjoy your vacation at your own pace.

Beautifully Decorated With a Love of the Coast

Our passion for design is a big part of what makes this home unique.

We are professional interior designers with more than 30 years of experience, and we previously owned a home-furnishings retail store for 23 years. We personally designed and decorated our Beach Home, drawing inspiration from our love of the coast and our travels throughout the Caribbean.

You'll find tropical colors inspired by Caribbean waters and sunsets blended throughout the home in a carefully balanced palette. Large windows, natural light, vaulted ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and coastal décor create an atmosphere that is elegant yet relaxed.

We wanted the home to feel beautiful without losing the easygoing feeling that belongs at the beach.

Many of our guests have told us that the home feels peaceful, relaxing, and comfortable, and that is exactly what we hoped to create.

Your Beach Vacation Begins Just Steps Away

At only 70 steps from the sand, the beach can become part of your everyday routine.

Walk down for an early-morning stroll. Spend the afternoon swimming, sunbathing, beachcombing, fishing, or simply relaxing beside the ocean. Come back for lunch and return later for sunset.

Because the road is quiet and the beach is so close, you can easily come and go throughout the day without turning a trip to the beach into an event.

And when you return, the outdoor hot-water shower makes it easy to rinse away the sand before settling back into the house.

Enjoy Florida's Outdoor Lifestyle

Our upstairs and downstairs patio areas provide comfortable spaces to relax outside and enjoy Florida's beautiful weather.

Gather everyone around the gas BBQ grill for a family cookout, sit outside with a cool drink, or let the evening unfold while everyone shares stories about the day's adventures.

There is parking for approximately 9 vehicles, which is especially convenient when bringing a large family or group.

Everything You Need for a Comfortable Stay

The home is fully furnished and equipped for both short visits and extended vacations.

Each villa has its own fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Kitchens include cookware, serving dishes, baking pans, a blender, mixer, espresso machine, coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, dishwasher, oven. Also provided are blow dryers, irons, ironing boards, beach chairs, beach toys and more.

Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided, along with high-speed Wi-Fi.

You'll have the convenience of having the things you need right at home while still enjoying the feeling of being away on vacation.

Walk to Many of the Things You Need

One of the advantages we love most about this location is that you don't have to get in your car every time you need something.

Restaurants, grocery stores, a farmers market, bakeries, shopping, a pharmacy, convenience stores, and beach-rental businesses are all nearby.

Popular Flagler Avenue, the heart of New Smyrna Beach's beachside district, is approximately one mile north.

Nearby vendors offer bicycles, kayaks, paddleboards, surfboards, and street-legal golf carts, making it easy to explore the barrier island in whatever way suits you.

Room for Everyone to Sleep Comfortably

The home provides sleeping accommodations for up to 18 guests across the two villas.

Upstairs — Turtle Beach Villa

The upstairs villa includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area, kitchen, laundry facilities, and outdoor seating.

The sleeping arrangements include a king bed and twin bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in one guest bedroom, two twins in a trundle configuration in another bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the den. Two additional twin rolling cots are also available.

Downstairs — Turtle Nest Villa

The downstairs villa includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area, kitchen, laundry facilities, and outdoor seating.

The sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with queen beds, a bedroom with two twins in a trundle configuration, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

This flexible arrangement makes it possible for different families or generations to have their own space while still sharing the same Beach Home.

Accessibility

The downstairs villa offers convenient access from the driveway with approximately a 2½-inch entry threshold.

For guests with mobility needs, local Beach Patrol services may provide beach wheelchair access and beach-driving permits for visitors displaying a valid disability parking placard. Guests should confirm current availability and requirements before arrival.

We didn't create this Beach Home simply as a place for people to sleep. We created it as a place where families and friends can reconnect, enjoy the ocean, share meals, laugh together, and make memories.

You can spend the day on the beach, explore New Smyrna Beach, venture out to nearby attractions, or simply stay home and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
