Excellent communication with Alvin and Chris. Onsite manager Chris greeted us, gave us tour of property and checked us into our rooms. Rooms were clean. We had a great stay and would stay again.

This is really 2 bedrooms and a hallway with access to a basic open kitchenette. Hot water and AC are good and access to beach around the corner is very convenient. Ok accommodations for a night or 2 but def not a "villa" experience. (Take your own towels). Greeter was helpful and pleasant

Beautiful mini resort in Ochi Rios

Was a lovely stay the pool was fantastic. We loved the walk to the beach , the beach is just lovely , please do not hesitate to book your stay at Mammee Bay Resorts , had a lovely weekend. It’s very easy to get to the town from there. Thanks Chris for a lovely stay. We will definitely book again

Patiently waiting for my return

We really enjoyed staying here. Chris was a super host and so funny. He was there to help us with anything we needed at all times. Looking forward to my next trip to Jamaica and will return to stay at this property. Thank you for a great experience.

Cozy

Overall our stay was good, host was very friendly and helpful. Lots of beautiful outside space. Some minor things that would help. Some welcome drinks even water would have been nice. Would stay again and would recommend.

I love that it was right next to Riu and I could hear the entertainment going on.

The place overall is quiet. It is off the main road but you'll hear a bit of motor vehicles passing by because there are other hotels and tourist attractions in the area. I wasn't there long enough to really enjoy the pool and jaccuzi. The host was really nice and welcoming. The only downfall is that 1 of the rooms you had to exit the bedroom to use the bathroom. Rooms were equipped with both fan and AC

Not happy

From arriving it was not as was described and also told we wasn’t allowed to use pool which that is why we chose this property everything about it was a lie we literally had a bedroom each and 1 bedroom had en-suite which we was told both bedrooms had en-suite it had a outside kitchen and the dining if you could call it was a slim passage with a small table 2 chairs and there was 4 of us we had to squeeze past this table that’s how small it was,the kitchen never had all utensils we bought our own cleaning products and cleaned everyday as a lot of ants we did complain about this to the manager and all he could do is offer us £100 (which we never received)with not been able to use pool but that wasn’t the point we booked this property for the pool and we stayed there for 3 weeks money down the drain . Further to this my friend was given the studio room as she was unhappy with her room and then moved back out back to the old room to accommodate another family .

Wi-Fi/ Hot Water

The property was nice, beautiful grounds. First day was good next day no Wi-Fi except at the main house and or hot water. Advised property manager, he said we could sit out on the veranda and use the Wi-Fi. Why did we have to be inconvenienced with this.

Amazing!

A comfortable house that will meet your expectations of a vacation with a surprising cultural experience that will be tailored to your needs. Chris gave us great advice and introduced us to some locals who provided a home-like atmosphere. Patiently Waiting was in a convenient spot within seconds of food and convenience, and minutes from attractions. The beach access was beautiful and quiet. It was a short walk in the complex and offered a restaurant and bar with a discount from the villa. We are already planning our return!

Very warm and welcoming place

I enjoyed the property. Pool was amazing and the staff was right there if any problems. I will come back and stay on the bigger side of the house. 🥰

Absolutely perfect!

Amazing villa, everything you need and more. Chris couldn't be more hardworking and helpful, anything you need he will be there. Very clean place, grounds looked after carefully. Lovely lady who cleans the rooms. Overall an absolutely perfect stay, thank you!

Loved every second!

I had to give this Villa 5 star as the facilities, pools,  etc were spot on! There were little things that could be improved but it certainly is much better than the pictures showed on the website. (Unfortunately the photo's don't do it any justice) This was my first time back to Jamaica after 10 years and couldn't of chosen a better place to stay! Being a young woman (23) I didn’t ever feel unsafe, even when I was on my own. Also the water is pretty much crystal clear, the villa is so beautiful! The staff are all so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Countless times we had questions or requests and they were all answered and met. A special shout out to CHRIS (the house keeper) the smiliest, friendliest, most helpful guy! A massive thank you needs to go to the cook  he was an absolute diamond! He made our dinner times just that little bit better with outstanding yummy dishes, & the best service! Overall, I had the most relaxing holiday and I would return again! I had an amazing time and would always recommend a Villa Patiently Waiting.

Great trip

Stayed at this wonderful modern spacious villa, family friendly lots of space and lots of rooms. Close to the beach and local amenities. Highly recommend this property for your stay in Jamaica will defiantly visit again great holiday

Patiently Waiting always on point

Once again very satisfied with Patiently Waiting. This is our 4th time staying there. We needed a short stay place near Rebel Salute & this was convienent, reasonably priced, clean & efficient. Staff was helpful & friendly, we needed some clothes washed & they helped us with that & security is tight.
