Not what was expected.
This property was very nicely located for the event we attended this weekend, and the host was very communicative. However, the house was not what we expected based on the details provided and the pictures. First, the third bedroom that was advertised was not attached to the house, and we had to inquire about it when we arrived. We looked at the room and there were stink bugs on the ceiling. The host investigated and did not see them, but we opted not to use that room as a result. Instead, we used one of the two sofa beds in the living room of the house, which was an ok compromise, but we could not use one of the three bedrooms that we booked for. There were also ants in both bedrooms used and in the kitchen. When we told the host, we were told about a small vacuum that we could use, but that's not a great solution, and certainly would prevent us from coming back. The property is beautiful, and we enjoyed the chickens that wandered around during the day, and were provided with fresh eggs, which was a kind gesture. We expected an overall cleaner house, and based on the price, that feels like a fair expectation. The pictures on the site looked much cleaner that what we found. The information left for guests noted that air conditioners were in the windows, and they were not. The host was very communicative, but the overall experience was not a good one.
