Not your daddy’s barn. This bar(n) is professionally designed with modem flair, beautiful furniture, a hot tub, WFH setup, campfire, and pizza oven. What more could you want? Under 15 minutes to downtown Ithaca, Cornell, and Ithaca College.

Dogs welcome (when added to reservation)- sorry no cats or other pets.

Interaction with Guests:
Easy self check-in via smart locks. You'll be left alone to enjoy your stay but if any issues come up, someone will be available to help!

The barn was absolutely fantastic. Everything we needed was there, making it easy to stay in and enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, etc. When we did head out, we really enjoyed all that Ithaca has to offer (one of our favorite places!) with just a short drive. Everything was clean and comfortable! They even thought of outdoor blankets to use around the fire pit!

We had a great experience staying here and definitely would love to stay again! The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with anything we needed. The outdoor area was gorgeous - perfect for our dog as well who loved hanging out outside. Communication with the host was seamless and check in was very easy.

A cozy, charming place that includes almost everything in a nice, quiet area. The entire property was very clean and well kept. Host provided general information via message prior to arrival and was very responsive to questions. Highly recommended.

Great cozy place!

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean, very responsive. Great location, lots of privacy. We loved the hot tub. Bed downstairs was comfy (we did not use upstairs at all). We would definitely stay here again!

Chasing waterfalls

My husband and I stayed here for a short trip to spend some time at lake Cayuga and go hiking. The space was comfortable, and clean. Great outside space, our dog loved watching the birds and deer come around. Kitchen is well supplied, which we took advantage of and cooked for ourselves. Easy quick drives to Ithaca, lake Cayuga, and multiple waterfall hikes. It was a very relaxing trip- just what we needed!!

Restful Retreat

Positively stunning view from all directions. House was clean and beautifully decorated. An absolutely ideal spot for a weekend getaway with a significant other or the entire family. The hot tub was just the thing for the weary traveler to unwind. Very highly recommend.

A peaceful paradise

My husband and I stayed while I was working in Glen Watkins, NY and our stay at the Barn was perfect. The property is even more beautiful than in the photos! The attention to the smallest details, from the bedside phone chargers to the nightlights and large TVs in each room, make the Barn feel more like a home away from home than a rental property.

What a great visit for a colorful fall. Place was fantastic for us. Great to come back too with the early fall evenings. All the little extras made it very enjoyable, even fun, kept finding little touches to make things convenient.

Peaceful Oasis

We had an amazing stay! The Barn is cozy~beautiful with an elegant but rustic sleek design. We loved sitting by the fire, swinging on the hammock, and spending time in the hot tub. We were able to create wonderful memories full of a birthday dinner, board games, sunrises and sunsets. We were thrilled to each have a television in our room. Our cell reception and the wifi were perfect during our entire stay. The scenery in the area is gorgeous and with The Barn situated at the bottom of a foothill right in the back yard, we did not even feel the need to go anywhere. The location is conveniently close to Ithaca and tons of nature. The kitchen and all the amenities are well thought out and designed for ease and comfort. We will definitely be keeping this place in mind if we ever find ourselves around the Finger Lakes again. A very special thank you to the owner, Evan. We will never forget your kindness. We did not want to leave. Thank you for everything.
