This home sleeps up to 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.

- Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and soaking tub.
- Bedroom #2 has a king size bed and tv.
- Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and tv.
- Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed and tv.
The home has 2 additional bathrooms, each with a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs, 35 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.
• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
• Parking space for 2 vehicles is available in the driveway.
• The community pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
• Washer and dryer in unit.
• The home is equipped with a security attached to the front door facing the entry way for security purposes.
• As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.”
