The Space:

Nestled away from all the hustle and bustle, you’ll find this property equipped with everything you may need for a home away from home retreat. One main floor connects all rooms in this charming home. With three bedrooms and two and half baths, there is space and privacy to comfortably accommodate up to nine guests. Panoramic lush green views surround this property, complete with a fully stocked kitchen, enclosed back porch, and private hot tub.



Inside the living room offers comfy seating, stone electric fireplace, and TV. Steps away, you will find everything you may need to whip up a delicious meals in the comfort of your own kitchen, equipped with all utensils, appliances, and necessary counter space. You’ll find it fully stocked with a blender, drip coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and oven complete with stovetop.



Shift your mealtime to the spacious dining table which sits eight or take it out to the gazebo to dine al fresco!



- Bedroom #1 boasts a king-sized bed, TV, and private en-suite bathroom which features a dual sink, and walk-in shower.



- Bedroom #2 is also equipped with its own King-sized bed and TV.



- Bedroom #3 is outfitted with a Full-sized bed, Queen-sized futon, and TV.



There is also a shared half bath, and full shared bathroom with shower/tub combo.



Through the Kitchen you can access the spacious enclosed back porch equipped with a private hot tub. From here you can step outside to the large backyard. This open space offers an above the ground pool, deck with seating, gazebo with grill, firepit area with outdoor seating, and yards of grass for the kids and dogs to run around in.



THINGS TO NOTE:

-The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs 15lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash, and you pick up after your pet.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- There is a stacked washer and dryer available for your convenience.

- Parking is available for three spaces directly in front of the home.

- Private pool facilities are open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

- The private hot tub is open year-round

- No steps required

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
