Tucked within the exclusive gated community of StoneBridge, youā€™ll find the Birdie Lane Beauty; a perfect name for this lovely 2-story home with a welcoming atmosphere.



The Space:

A beautifully maintained home with modern decor. This rental is ideal for a group who is looking to enjoy Bransonā€™s most sought-after attractions and come back to a comfortable stay. The open living space boasts ample seating, TV, and access to the screened wraparound deck. The deck is a major bonus to this tasteful abode with outdoor seating - perfect for a morning brew, evening hors d'oeuvres, or even a family game night!



Back inside, the kitchen is in direct sight of the living room allowing there to be an organic flow between entertaining. Guests can mingle with each other between the couch and the barstools from the kitchen counter. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to whip up a delicious meal from home. A toaster, and drip coffee maker are also available for your convenience. Steps away, enjoy meals together at the dining table for 8.



The home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably between 3 private bedrooms. Each space is fully furnished with cozy linens and complementing decor.



On the first floor:

- Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a King bed, TV, and shared en-suite. The shared en-suite is handicap accessible with a walk-in shower, laundry closet, and can be accessed from the living room.

- Bedroom #2 is configured with a King bed, crib, deck access, TV, and private en-suite. The private en-suite offers a jetted tub and stand-up shower.



On the second floor:

- Bedroom #3 is configured with 2 Queen beds and a TV.

- An additional full bathroom is fully stocked to serve guests on the second floor, equipped with a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- There is parking for 2 vehicles in the shared parking lot.

- Parking passes are required. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.

On day of arrival all guests will receive a message from the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS from the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.

- Communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

- This is a walk in unit with no steps required to reach the door.



The exclusive gated-community of StoneBridge Village offers many on-site amenities for you to enjoy including the LedgeStone 18-hole, par 71, championship golf course, the LedgeStone Club House and adjoining LedgeStone Grille for your dining enjoyment, a gym, two inviting pools for a relaxing day of sun and fun, adventurous walking trails and playgrounds for the little ones. The home is less than 4 miles from the White River Balds Natural Area, a 362-acre nature preserve with rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes. Silver Dollar City, only 7 minutes and just 2.8 miles away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880ā€™s theme and great for family fun! Downtown Branson, just 10.5 miles away, is a historic town dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. Itā€™s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, itā€™s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.

They thought of everything

We had a great stay. They thought of every pot or pan or dish detergent you might need. We could even see the SDC drone show from the screened I. Back porch. Will definitely stay here every time the family is in Branson.

This was a great stay for our family of 7 adults. A fun surprise was seeing Silver Dollar City fireworks nightly off the screened in porch. The whole process was smooth. Good location. The avid golfers of our group loved the Stonebridge course. The pool closest to this location is small and was cloudy. The only grilling option is a small community charcoal grill. We would definitely be repeat visitors to this property.

The place was beautiful, exactly as pictured. I did not realize it was such a huge neighborhood so the pools weren't walking distance - 5 minute or 7 minute drive away - which wasnt a big deal to us but may be inconvenient for others.We loved the screened in porch and spent nearly every night outside, even when it was raining. It was so peaceful!The only negative I have was there was a lot of ants by the front door and into the kitchen. However, once I told the property manager about it, there was someone out that same day to take care of it!Silver Dollar City was only a few minutes outside of the neighborhood and downtown was less than 15.

Short Two-Night Stay

We planned a short, two-night stay so we could visit Silver Dollar City. We arrived after dark to a home that was extremely welcoming. Soft, inviting music was playing and lights were on to invite us in. My kids were really impressed with our welcome, (as were my wife and I). We found everything to be as expected, clean and comfortable. The three bedrooms were perfect for our family of five. The management company was very easy to work with and communicated with us throughout our stay, just to check in. If we ever find ourselves back in the Branson area, we hope to stay here again.

Pretty good

The neighborhood was perfect and quiet. nice town house with everything you need. Except satellite or cable. If you have your own Netflix or Hulu ect you can use that. They have Pluto tv and YouTube because it Roku tvs. No big deal but was a little shocking. We thought the pools and club house would be closer. But from where we were it was about a 10 minute drive. I did try to message and see what the addresses these locations would be before our stay but they said I would get that information 2 days before our stay. If I knew this I would have booked something closer. The pools were wonderful however and we all enjoyed our stay.

Family Vacay

Loved this place. Location was perfect, easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. I picked this place because it had a crib. We had our 2 year old grandson with us and we didnā€™t have to worry about where he would sleep. Keurig wasnā€™t working the first morning. I texted the host, and by that afternoon we had a replacement. Also, Friday night we were able to see some fireworks from our lil patio area. Not sure where they were being set off at, but it was such a nice surprise! I would stay here again, plenty of room for all 6 and a half (grandson) of us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The perfect VRBO!

We absolutely loved our stay! The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds and pillows were SO comfortable, we all slept so well! We loved the screened in porch. Location could not be better for Silver Dollar City. Everything was just perfect. I will be checking for availability every time we come to Branson from now on!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and just as described, we were thankful to have the high chair and crib for the baby. The location was great to go to Silver Dollar City or to run into Branson. Communication was great from beginning to end. Will stay with you again!

Extended Family Getaway

My husband & I, his two sisters and a brother-in-law (ages 69 to 87) ventured to Branson from Minnesota. The Birdie Lane location worked out great for us, being able to walk in with no steps and also no steps to two of the bedrooms was definitely a plus!!! The place was very clean, warm and inviting when we arrived with some lights on and music playing. We were able to have breakfasts together each day and dinner at least five of the six evenings we were there. We enjoyed sitting on the patio & visiting the night we arrived; was a little chilly the next evenings. We had a little trouble with the sound on the TV, but it was fixed the morning after we reported it. There was no laundry soap to wash the towels as instructed when leaving so had to buy some. We definitely enjoyed our stay! Nice location away from all the busy traffic. My husband and I had stayed in Stonebridge on a previous trip so we were a little familiar with the area. Thanks for sharing your Birdie Lane property with us! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Great family stay!

The condo was the perfect place for our three night stay. It allowed us each to have a separate bedroom and bathroom and plenty of room to spread out.

Property worked well for our family trip to Branson. AC was great as we hit a few warm days. Bedrooms were spacious and property was as described. Management was easy to work with as well.

We rented this property for some of our employees who attended our company's annual retreat at StoneBridge Village. Our employees were very impressed with the accommodations. The property was clean and nicely decorated. We will definitely return in the future.

Beautiful, cozy place!

When we arrived after a long drive it was so nice to come to a place that was so cozy and inviting! The lights were on some relaxing music was playing and everything was just perfect! The view was great and overall it was a great experience. Would highly recommend!

Great experience!

We had a great time. The property was everything weā€™d hoped it would be and more. The kids enjoyed the jacuzzi and having their own separate space. Traveling an 8 month old is stressful enough, but having access to the crib was so nice. I donā€™t feel it was explained very well that we had to check in at the clubhouse, or which gate should have been used. Once we got it figured, all was well!

Disappointed

When we checked in, there were no toiletries. The soap dispensers were diluted with half water. Had to wait for the property manager to come back from another city later in the night before we had any toiletries/ We then discovered ants all over the kitchen and dining room area. We left to allow the property management co to spray/set traps, only to find more ants the next day upstairs swarming a bathroom sink including our kidsā€™ toothbrushes. All the TVs except the dining room TV lacked basic smart technology. We were so disappointed with the unit, we decided to check out a day early and asked for a one night refund which the property manager indicated would be no problem. However, after we left, he stopped responding to my repeated inquiries about the refund after. Never heard back from him again.

Would stay again

My husband and I traveled with our moms. They go to Branson with us often. It was a great find. The location is great and easy to get to. Once inside the unit, the two bedrooms on the main floor had walk in showers which we prefer for our moms, and no steps inside for them either. It was very clean & good amenities in the unit, We will absolutely keep this as our go to when we are in Branson again.
