Nearby thrills and attractions are a short drive away, and Branson visitors simply must take a day or two to visit the thrilling 61-acre amusement park of Silver Dollar City, the impressive Titanic Museum Attraction, and the family-friendly Aquarium at the Boardwalk. Downtown Branson is less than a 20-minute drive away, filled with a variety of dining, shopping, and attractions to suit anyone’s desires.

• This is a 3rd floor walk-up unit with 15 steps to the front door.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• The home is not pet friendly.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
