Back inside, this recently refurbished home welcomes you with glossy, modern interiors and a cozy ambience. Sleek wooden accents and tasteful design elements add to the charm. The living area boasts a comfy seating area that surrounds a smart TV and a warm fireplace. Large glass sliders open onto the outdoor deck, which features a coffee table and sprawling green views.



The adjoining open-plan kitchen is airy, stocked with modern cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances, including a coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, refrigerator and wineware. The 3-bar stool area is perfect for cocktail soirees, while the 8-seater indoor dining table makes for intimate family dinners.



The home accommodates 10 guests in total.



Located next to the living area, bedroom #1 is furnished with a queen-size bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is an upper level unit with 16 stair steps required to reach the entrance. NO ELEVATOR.

- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- A washer/dryer is included.

- Two parking spaces are available in the parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are required and will be obtained from the guard on duty at the gate upon arrival.

- The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

- This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
