We enjoyed staying at this unit and it was a great option for the price point. The no-stairs entry was nice for the grandparents on the trip and the trundle couch bed was notably comfortable compared to the typical sleeper sofas that are usually available in vacation rentals. A couple minor things to note are the laundry is on the second level of the unit and adding some potholders to the kitchen would be helpful. It’s also worth mentioning that the owners were responsive as I received quick answers for a couple questions that I texted after checking in to the unit. I would definitely consider staying in this unit again on a future visit.

Great location, amenities, host was helpful and responded quickly! Main floor was very nice. My in laws had the king in the master bedroom on main floor. It would be really nice if one of the upstairs bedrooms had a queen rather than full.

Beautiful Condo!

We have stayed in several Pointe Royale condos, and this was one of our favorites. The location was great, it was close to the clubhouse/pool, the condo was very clean, and the size was perfect for our large family. We would definitely stay again!

Pontos positivos: Check-in, comunicação e localização
Overall this unit was okay due to the fact that the laminate flooring had multiple spots that were a hazard. A couple spots of broken area then one area where they were warped and sticking up causing a triping hazard. The flooring issues didnt seem brand new and should have been noticed by at very least the cleaning staff and reported. I contacted the management team the night we arrived about this and they were quick the next morning to have someone come address it with a temporary fix during our stay which we agreed too. We were offered full refund if we wanted to find somewhere else to stay but everything was booked that was equivalent to what our refund would have been so we stayed. We were also brought some real comforters/blankets because the ones on the bed were like a thick sheet, not what is in the pictures at all. What we were given was closer to what pictures showed. The skillets were scratched beyond safe use, I didn't mention to management until after we left but had I, I'm sure they would have brought replacements. Other dishes were good. Even had a crockpot! There was one standing fan we enjoyed. The master bath/shower is updated, not shown in pics. The mattresses could be updated cause they weren't too comfy. One box spring was broke (we didnt need that bed) but couches were comfy and big. I do know this is a more budget friendy option and I do not mind that one bit and with the floor fixed & new skillets this would be an 8 out of 10. Love the area!

Beautiful resort. Enjoyed a few of the amenities. We do suggest getting ant killer because there was a definite ant problem in and around the condo. We also had a wasp nest right by our door. But all in all, very fixable problems and we loved our living space and being able to spread out. We would stay again!

Branson family vacation

We had a great time at our stay here. It is a beautiful resort. We enjoyed the pools, hot tub and outdoor giant chess board. The beds were all very comfortable and we had plenty of rom for our family of 6. We did have issues with internet/cable but the property manager was very helpful in getting it resolved. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay at this beautiful property.

Branson Condo near SDC

We stayed at this condo on a short trip to Branson. Great place to use as home base. Condo had all the necessities. The pool area was fun for our teenagers to spend time in the evenings. The adults enjoyed going for walks and the hiking trail. Minor suggestions for improvement is to add a few more kitchen basics such as more drinking glasses and measuring cups. Overall a great family friendly option in Branson.

Absolutely Amazing

There is so much wonderful about this property! The check in process was so easy! The gate guard (Tommy) made initial entry so fast! The pool was a good size and the hot tub great for a lingering soak. The property overall was perfect for the 7 of us and it was so comfortable and clean. This was the perfect jumping point for all of our Branson activities! We will definitely save this location for any future trips to the area!

Awesome Family Getaway

Property was perfect size for our family of 6 adults and 2 little ones to spend time together, yet have space when needed. Kitchen was equipped with dishes, and small appliances (including blender and crock pot). Lots of clean towels were available, as well as bedding and extra blankets. Having the washer and dryer was a bonus! The location was perfect, 15 minutes was our longest drive anywhere!
