Perdido Key is the perfect quiet and family-friendly beach town. It offers wildlife viewing at the beautiful Johnson Beach National Seashore state park, as well as multiple hiking trails and historic landmarks. There are so many adventures to choose from such as; fishing charters to take you to the best spots only locals know about, and don't forget to try one of the Dolphin cruises to experience the open water in a way you will most certainly never forget. There's also Lost Key Golf Club, a public 18-hole golf course. Let's not forget the local flavors to be enjoyed at the many restaurants serving our fresh caught seafood.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Condo itself was nice - comfy beds, stocked mostly as listed except missing bathroom soaps. Beautiful view!The furniture on the patio needs replacing as the metal is rusty, and the fabric is ripped - no longer functional. The hot tub was not functional and had a Florida Health Dept. notice that it was not up to standards and was closed. The pool was not heated as the listing says. For our stay, the stove and oven was not functional - communication about when that would be fixed was not handled well - though we did have a monetary compensation for the inconvenience. The guest bathroom shower makes an awful squealing noise while taking a shower - they came to fix while we were out for the day and said they couldn’t replicate it - though it did it that evening when we tried using it again.

Thank you for your detailed feedback—we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the condo, the comfortable beds, and that beautiful view. We’re sorry for the disruptions you experienced during your stay. The HOA did have to complete unplanned, but necessary repairs to the hot tub and pool, and we don’t always receive advance notice of these types of emergency issues. Because resort-managed amenities are outside of our control, we’re unable to guarantee their availability at all times, though we understand how disappointing that can be. We also apologize for the inconvenience with the stove and oven during your visit. We did our best to stay in communication as updates came in and appreciate your patience while that was being addressed. We’re glad we were able to come to an agreement on compensation for the inconveniences you experienced. Your notes regarding the patio furniture, missing bathroom soaps, and the guest bathroom shower have been shared with our property care team for follow-up. We take that feedback seriously and will be working to make improvements. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother experience next time.

We loved the view and easy access to the beach! It was clean and a great place for our family to stay. Kids had fun in the pool, parking was easy, and it was a great location with restuarants close by.

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo! We’d never stayed so high up in a building before and that was a unique experience to see the beach from such a different vantage point! Plenty of room for our family to spread out and have our own space. We planned to have a fifth person with us who couldn’t come so definitely had plenty of room! I loved the view of the water from the giant windows and doors opening straight out to the really large deck in this particular condo! The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might want to cook easy meals while on the beach - including both a crockpot and instapot! And when I saw that there were a limited number of silverware in the kitchen and let the maintenance staff know, they left several packages of brand new forks, knives, and spoons to fill the gaps! The managing company was excellent to work with and frequently communicated with us to make sure everything was going well. The bottom drawer of the oven got stuck in an open position one morning and they sent someone over to fix it within a few hours! Great job!!! We might be back because we loved this particular condo. Only downside was the parking deck was pretty tight as far as getting in and out of it do to curving concrete walked drive. That is the only downside I could think of! So if you drive a large SUV, it might need to park in the parking lot instead of the garage. Oh and the extra large hot water heater was a great perk given the jetted tun was actually able !

This condo has a perfect location!! You have a great view of the beach, easy beach access and easy access to lots of close by restaurants in Perdido Key, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Great place to stay for a visit to the beach!

Very nice stay

Great beach condo

The location of the condo can't be beat! There are plenty of restaurants nearby, in Orange beach and in Gulf shores. The beach was nice and quiet and we really enjoyed our stay. The balcony affords fabulous views!
