This 10th floor, west-end unit provides gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living area, wraparound balcony and master bedroom! And the best part? You are only feet away from the golden sanded beach and crystal blue water!

So what are some things that set this unit apart from the rest in the building/area?
• Two wraparound balconies (south looking over the beach/Gulf and north looking over Perdido Key).
• Granite kitchen counter tops, back-splash and mirrored wet bar!
• Elegant Mexican tile throughout living area.
• Easily sleeps eight (8) in beds and ten (10) with pullout sofa bed.
• LCD TVs in each room with cable (47” set in living room & 32” sets in each bedroom).
• Free wifi
• Kitchen fully equipped with cooking-ware, appliances, place settings and utensils.
• Dining room for twelve (12).

The wide-open floor plan allows you to socialize and relax no matter where you are in the unit! You can cook while still having a beauty of a view out to the ocean and over Perdido Key! You will never forget you are in a beach resort no matter where you are in the unit.

This beauty of a unit is outfitted with three bedrooms (two master bedrooms), three baths and a wide-open 1935sq/ft floor plan. The master bedroom has access to the beach-front balcony via a humongous sliding door. In this master bedroom you will find a king bed, double-size walk-in closet and a master bath fitted with a jet tub and separate glass shower.

The second master bedroom has sliding door access to the huge balcony that overlooks Perdido Key. You will also find a king bed, private bathroom and another huge walk-in closet.

The third bedroom contains two double beds and is located next to the third bathroom.

Beautiful, spacious property! Check-in was easy, and the owner was super responsive in answering a few questions we had upon check-in. Comfy beds, clean spaces and nicely appointed kitchen. Definite five stars! Hope to be back at this property in the future!

The condo was well represented on the vrbo sight and was just like the pictures. The view from the 10th floor is beautiful. Plenty of kitchen supplies if you want to cook in. Communication with Kate was great. Really a spacious, beautiful and comfortable condo convenient to whatever you want to do. Rickety rental chairs on the beach are 38/day for two, which is absurd, but probably the going rate anywhere. The guys that run that service did a great job, at least. Beach is pretty crowded but not to the point that it’s not enjoyable. The ice machine in the freezer struggles to keep up if you’re making drinks regularly, but there’s a pay ice machine down by the pool. Excellent place and we very much enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time. Perfect place for seven girlfriends. I wish that there had been somewhere to put our bags until check in time and after we checked out while we enjoyed the beach waiting for our flight, and that we could have gotten our parking passes upon arrival. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Best on the Beach!

Our group takes an annual beach trip and have stayed at several locations. Our group of six ladies voted this property the absolute best! CLEAN! Spacious! Quiet! Well equipped...we couldn't ask for anything better. We definitely want to stay at this specific location again.

Beautiful property great value

We stayed 8 nights. Property was just as described and pictures posted. The building was quiet, never really a wait for the elevator. Could use some new sharp knives in the kitchen but really has all you need. Will stay again when we come to Perdido.

Can't beat the price

This is a nice unit in a quiet building. For the price per night and the size and condition of the unit, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better value. The view is beautiful; the beach was never busy (end of December, beginning of January). This unit was spacious enough for five adults and four teens to comfortably spread out--and to escape one another, when necessary. The kitchen was adequately outfitted. The bathrooms were large. We never had to wait long for an elevator. Orange Beach is close if you want the buzz of more people, but we prefer the quiet of Perdido Key. This was our second trip to the area, and it won't be our last. I anticipate renting this unit again down the road.

Thanksgiving 2025

The property was as described and the owner was very responsive. The only downside was not enough hot water for showers at night. We just spaced out our showers and it was fine.

the shower needs a real cleaning. tje bathroom faucets leak when turned on full the garbage disposal does not work. the paint is scuffed aroune entrance door door to beach balcony vwer hard to open,the tv shoul be set up to work off one remote instead of 3,vifi in and out depending where you were at in the unit, cookware and utensils need to be upgraded due to damage and missing., more lids than pots and pans,

Beach

The Condo was very nice, could’ve been a little bit cleaner, but overall it was good. One of the only problems we had was with the parking pass… We placed the parking pass in our vehicle and got a yellow warning ticket on our car stating that we did not have the dates of our trip on the parking pass. There was no indication anywhere in our instructions or even on the parking pass that we had to place the dates of our stay on the past. We then put the unit dates on there got another warning ticket on our vehicle stating it was not visible when an actuality it was .

I chose to buy this unit because of the open floor plan and great location of the building. It is located just over the entrance into Perdido Key and has a great spot on the beach! The water is clear and simply beautiful yet the beach does not get too crowded. Orange Beach and Gulf Shores are more well-known but Perdido Key is so close to both yet far enough away to separate itself from their crowds.

The floor plan is wide-open, bright and provides the perfect feel for a vacation. Two wrap around balconies ensure that you and your family are going to have plenty of room to view the sites and sounds of the Gulf (when you are not in it of course!). The dual master suite setup is perfect for all parties but especially when two families travel down together. The children can have a room with two full beds and the pullout couch all to themselves while the adults each get their own master suite! The views are jaw-dropping, the unit is beyond anything else in this building, we provide the best service we possibly can and we offer this all at a very reasonable rate. There is no reason for you to suffer through a bad vacation, book our slice of paradise and guarantee yourself fun, sun and relaxation!
