The Space:

The scent of fresh Florida air mixes with the gentle splash of the private pool as you settle into a spacious living area designed for laughter and togetherness. Inside, themed bedrooms invite kids and the young at heart to embark on their own adventures, while the open kitchen beckons you to share meals and stories.



Sleeping Arrangements

The villa features five uniquely themed bedrooms. Two bunk‑bed rooms spark imagination—one a Star Wars galaxy, the other a Princess Castle realm—perfect for children or anyone young at heart. Two king bedrooms each include an ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort for adults. A queen bedroom completes the mix, bringing the total to seven beds that comfortably sleep up to 14 guests.



Living & Entertainment

An open‑concept living space creates a welcoming backdrop for socializing. The game room is stocked with air hockey, a foosball table, and a variety of other games that keep energy high. For a more relaxed vibe, the billiard lounge provides a quiet spot to unwind with friends after a day of exploring.

A fully equipped kitchen showcases stainless‑steel appliances and a well‑stocked pantry, making meal preparation a breeze. Indoor dining seats the whole group, while an outdoor patio extends the dining experience beneath the Florida sky, perfect for al fresco meals and evening conversations.

Step outside to a private pool with optional heating, inviting a refreshing dip at any time of day. A hot tub, though non‑bubbling, offers a soothing place to relax after sunset. Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side by side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
