If you're looking to get your Toes in the Sand, this home is the perfect place to visit. Here, you'll find your ultimate oceanside retreat where luxury meets convenience. This beautiful home is situated just steps from the beach and Nags Head Fishing Pier, offering an exciting escape with all the amenities you could ever want in a vacation home. From a private heated pool and hot tub to a spacious fenced backyard and elevator, every detail has been thoughtfully designed to ensure your stay is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Whether you're seeking adventure or simply looking to unwind, Toes in the Sand is the ideal destination for your next coastal getaway.
Inside, you'll find an open and bright living area that is perfect for family get togethers with family and friends. The dining room is spacious with plenty of seating, or you can take your meals outside and spread out on the large sun deck to enjoy views of the horizon. There are 5 bedrooms in the home, each features its own private ensuite bath, offering everyone their own space to relax in. There is also an elevator that provides easy access to all levels, making it perfect for families or groups of all ages. Step into the fenced backyard where you can relax in your own private area with a private heated pool (pool heat can be added for an additional fee) and hot tub, and make use of the enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off before heading inside.

Beach Access: Just a quick trip from the home! Head north on S. Memorial Avenue until you reach Bainbridge Street. Head East and use the pedestrian cross walk to safely cross Virginia Dare Trail. Bainbridge public beach access offers a paved parking lot for those who choose to drive as well as a wooden walkway.
Advance Year Bookings: Accepts Bookings 51 Weeks in Advance : This home allows the current year's guest the first option to rebook their dates for the future year. Contact our office for details on how to book this home for next year.
This home has access to the YMCA a great facility with so much to offer.
No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets. *The driveway to this home is monitored by a camera. Any attempt to dismantle, move, or tamper with the camera device in any way is a violation of our house rules and additional charges may apply.*
Heated pools are available Week Prior to Easter through Memorial Day and Labor Day Week through Mid-October.
Pools are set at a comfortable 78-80 degrees during the heated season. Please note that for optimal performance, outside temperatures must remain around 60 degrees or warmer. Various weather conditions such as wind speed and direction can affect the heat performance.
Milepost: 11.50
All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
